
Body Scan Meditation—Exploring Opposites (No Music, No Bell)
There is no bell at the end of this meditation. The body scan meditation guides you through opposite points in the body, helping the mind to settle. The sequence acts as a “mind pattern interrupt”, releasing stress and helping you let go of repetitive, worried thoughts. If you’re familiar with Yoga Nidra, feel free to include your intention or sankalpa during the meditation. You may also want to set your own timer to exit your meditation.
