Welcome everyone to five minutes of mindfulness.
We will take some time today to reconnect and tune our awareness into the presence of now.
Bringing our mind,
Body and emotions into full harmony.
Let us begin by coming into a comfortable spot seated or lying down.
You can lower your gaze or gently close your eyes.
Taking three full breaths here.
Inhaling through the nose and exhaling through the mouth.
Again,
Inhale,
Exhale.
One more time.
Inhale,
Exhale.
Breathe naturally here.
Notice the rhythm of the breath moving gently in and out of the body.
As you inhale,
The belly expands softly.
And as you exhale,
The belly contracts.
Visualize the body filling up with luminous light as you inhale deeply.
And as you exhale,
Letting go of any tension that no longer serves purpose in your being.
Inhale,
Healing the body with this pure bright light.
Exhale,
Releasing any stagnant energy in your aura.
Feel the body becoming as light as a feather.
Inhale,
I am transforming light.
Exhale,
Take comfort where you are relaxing deeply.
Feel as though you are floating.
Notice the peace within and around you as you bathe in this light of serenity and bliss.
With each inhale,
Filling the body with precious light.
Exhale,
Glowing in this radiant energy.
Inhale,
Exhale,
Breathe.
And slowly coming back to the body,
Begin to tune into your senses.
Draw your awareness from inward to outward.
