Take a comfortable seat.
Allow the eyes to close.
And paying attention to the breath.

Saying the mantra,

Keep that going.
Keep that breath going for a couple minutes.

Wiggle the fingers,
Wiggle the toes.
Maybe arms reach overhead.

Press the hands down.
Just taking some movements here.
Awakening the body.
Eyes open.
Hands come to heart center.
Coming to an easy seat.
Inhale deeply through the nose.
Exhale,
Sigh it out.
Attitude of gratitude.
Finding the gratitude in your day.
