
Breathe & Let Go

(3-minute talk followed by meditation) Accepting what we can't control and letting go are sometimes the most challenging aspects of living skillfully. This brief talk and meditation bring awareness to our relationship with the breath and with our sense of control (and lack thereof). Bringing kind awareness to the breath allows us to practice letting go, and trusting in the life within and all around us.
