This meditation will guide you through visualizing letting go of the things that no longer serve you in your current life and an opportunity to look into future perspectives. It's a great meditation to settle into a savasana and see what your inner self has in store for you. This guided practice is led by Audrey, aka Yogingi.

You're welcome.

Today,

I'm gonna take you on an internal visual journey.

So to prepare for that journey,

I suggest that you come into a comfortable shape that's up to you,

Whether you're seated or lying down.

But someplace that you can let the body be at ease so that the mental aspect is where you settle your energy.

Take a few moments to get out any fidgets,

To move any fabric that's bunched up underneath you,

And to shift around.

And then once you've settled,

Take a deep full breath in,

And then let all of your weight get a little bit heavier as you breathe out,

Letting your muscles rest onto your bones,

Letting your bones rest onto the earth.

We're gonna start the practice together by taking a few rounds of full breath.

So come to the bottom of your next exhale and empty out,

And then take a deep full breath in,

Filling up the lungs.

And then once you're full,

A big sigh of the breath out.

Again,

Just like that,

Nice deep full expanded breath.

And a patient release,

Letting it all seep out.

You draw the breath in,

You fill up from the very bottom to the top.

And then let your body rest at ease,

Emptying the breath out.

And then just come into a natural rhythm of the breath,

Your own cadence,

The one that your body just naturally creates.

Take note of the state of your energy right now.

Without judgment,

Give yourself the opportunity to observe the fluctuations of the mind,

The sensations of the body,

The rolling waves of the breath.

Take another deep breath into the body and exhale,

Setting your body's weight to the ground beneath you.

Perhaps allow the mind to escape with my words.

See yourself walking along the ocean side.

The waves are rolling in and out,

Just like the rhythm of your breath.

And along your walk,

You see a long pier that spans out into the depths of the ocean.

You continue walking a little bit closer and closer to the pier until you arrive at the very beginning where the land and the ocean meet,

The beginning of the pier.

In your hands,

You look and see an array of flower petals,

And each petal representing that which you are releasing,

That which no longer serves you.

Inviting in a breath into the body,

As you exhale,

Continue to let go of any effort.

You begin to move along the pier.

Feel the warm ocean breeze on your face,

Taking in the fresh air that dances across your skin.

And as you walk along the pier,

You pause briefly.

At each post along the pier,

You drop flower petals into the water.

And in your mind's eye,

Silently repeat to yourself those things that are no longer needed,

Claiming each petal as you let it drift into the water.

Let go of the things that no longer serve you,

The things that weigh you down mentally or emotionally or physically.

Let go of your doubts.

Let go of resentments,

Anger,

Or judgment.

Release any obstacles that are in your path.

Let go of the limiting beliefs.

Let go of relationships that no longer serve you.

Let go of attachments to any outcomes.

Continue to release anything that holds its grip to you as you travel further and further down the pier.

When you reach the end of the pier,

Notice how light and free you feel.

Take a moment to look behind you at the beautiful trail of flower petals as they guide you forward into your future,

Into this new perspective,

Vision for the magnificence that you emanate now.

All the struggles,

The hardships,

The disappointments or sadness,

They were all lessons,

All ripples guiding you,

Strengthening you,

And preparing you for your next journey ahead.

And then once again,

Face the water,

Looking out onto the horizon,

Taking the details in front of you,

And see it through your own mind's eye,

The color of the water.

What time of day have you arrived?

Sunrise or sunset?

High noon or are you bathed in moonlight?

Is the sea calm and flat?

Is it softly rippling with waves or is it choppy with whitecaps?

Are there seagulls,

Dolphins,

Or seals?

Let your mind create an image in front of you and pause as you take in all the sights in front of you.

Offer yourself some gratitude for all your experiences and all the people who have come in and out of your life.

And now set your intentions for whatever your heart desires,

Whether it be for abundance,

For peace,

For joy,

Or for love.

But be sure to state them to yourself as if they already exist,

Feeling it as if it's real.

Feeling it is what makes it real.

Soaking up any detail that might bring this intention to life.

What might it feel like?

What might it sound like?

What might it feel like?

What might it look like?

What might it taste or even smell like?

With the details of this intention,

Take another look out into the water and see the reflections and the energy rippling through.

And when you're ready,

Draw the breath into the body and then take the plunge,

Jump or dive or twirl into the water.

It's invigorating cool water washes away any stale energy of the past,

Wiping your slate clean,

Releasing all that doesn't serve you.

And you can stay under the water safely for as long as you desire.

Enjoy the weightlessness and the ease of gliding through the water.

When you're ready,

Rise to the surface.

You emerge renewed,

Reinvigorated,

Revitalized,

Rebirthed into this new landscape of the future.

Float along the surface for as long as you'd like.

Drifting towards your desired intention from those petals of the past into what waits ahead.

Thoughtfully presented. One word repeated in my mind: Taschlich.
