Let's explore the night on Halloween's Eve.

Close your eyes or soften your gaze and take a nice slow breath in through your nose.

Now let that breath slowly out again.

Once again in through the nose filling up then back out again.

Let's do that one more time.

In through the nose filling all the way up and back out one more time again.

Now imagine you are a ghost.

You're a little transparent or see-through.

You look down and you see that you're also glowing bright white.

So bright you don't even need a flashlight as you float down the dark dark street.

You pass pumpkins of every color size and shape.

Some of them are carved into jack-o'-lanterns with candles inside of them to light them up.

You see silly face jack-o'-lanterns,

Scary face jack-o'-lanterns,

Happy face jack-o'-lanterns,

Even a few man-face jack-o'-lanterns.

They all light up from the inside and look wonderfully spooky.

You come upon a spooky looking house with skeletons hanging from the gutters and climbing from the trees.

You hear a witch's cackle and turn to see a creepy old woman in the window of one house stirring what looks to be her witch's brew.

You're still floating down the street when you feel a gust of wind suddenly from behind you and see billions of bats soaring across the sky above your head.

You turn the corner now and see lots of trick-or-treaters.

One of them calls to you to tell you they really like your costume and you just giggle and wave.

Up ahead you see lots of people gathering to look up at a spooky old tree.

In it are hundreds of spiders all working to build a giant web in the branches.

You turn around to go home but instead stop and take a few moments to enjoy all the sights and sounds of Halloween Eve before you float on back home.

You start to float back towards your house now.

As you approach you look back down the street and smile at what wonderfully spooky safe fun you had on Halloween Eve.

All the light in me sees all the light in you.

Namaste,

Yogis.
