The Eyes Of Love

Keep your eyes closed.

Start to observe the breath.

Feel the breath as it enters.

Feel the breath as it leaves.

Feel stillness coming into the mind as you observe the breath.

Feel stillness growing in the mind as you observe each in-breath,

Each out-breath.

Connect your awareness to your breathing.

Feel the ribcage expanding,

Contracting.

Feel the stillness in the mind growing more and more.

Connect to that stillness.

Continue to observe the breathing.

Feel the ribcage expand.

Feel the ribcage contract.

The breath enters,

The ribcage expands,

The breath leaves,

The ribcage contracts.

Take your awareness to the tip of the nose.

Feel the breath as it enters into the nostrils.

And then as you breathe out,

Feel the breath as it leaves the nostrils.

Feel the sensations within the body as the breath enters.

Feel the ribcage expanding.

And then as you breathe out,

Feel the sensations within the body as the ribcage contracts.

Feel your mind focusing on the breathing.

Realize that the thoughts don't bring peace.

Let your focus drift away from the thoughts.

Realize they're not important.

They're just waves,

Energies,

Patterns.

They contradict each other,

They change,

But they don't contain peace.

By observing the breath,

You connect to stillness and peace enters.

Breathing,

The ribcage expands.

Breathe out,

The ribcage contracts.

Continue connecting to the stillness,

Deep within.

Continue observing the movement of the breath into the outer lungs.

And you continue to allow the breath to take your awareness beyond the thoughts.

The thoughts that contradict,

That change,

That contain no peace.

And you allow the breath to take you more and more towards that point of peace that lies deep within.

Breathe in,

The ribcage expands.

Breathe out,

The ribcage contracts.

Keep your awareness connecting to the breathing.

Allow for the stillness to grow within.

Feel the breath enter.

Feel the breath leave.

Feel the silence,

The stillness growing within as the breath guides you more and more towards the point of silence within.

Feel yourself moving your awareness closer,

Deeper to your heart.

And in your heart,

You see that point of silence as a point of white light.

And with your awareness here,

Just at the point of silence,

The point of white light,

You see in your mind's eye two beautiful eyes.

These are the eyes of unconditional love.

You see these eyes filled with love.

These eyes love each and everything about you.

They know only forgiveness.

Everything that you've ever held within your heart that you feel guilt for.

The eyes of love allow to dissolve.

The eyes of love understand your pain.

Understand your reasons for anger.

And they love you unconditionally.

And the guilt that you hold within just dissolves as you realize that you're loved unconditionally no matter what you've done.

And the eyes of love understand your anger,

Your reasons for feeling anger.

The eyes of love love you completely unconditionally.

And you see as you look into the eyes of love that they come from the source of true love.

They're connected to the source of true love.

And the only thing that's real in this world,

In this universe,

Is that the entire universe was created out of true love,

With true love.

The eyes of love that belong to the source know only forgiveness,

Know only unconditional love,

Unconditional acceptance.

They fill you with a love that's all encompassing,

Knows no boundaries,

No limits.

It's just wave after wave of pure love,

Pure understanding,

Pure compassion,

Wanting for you to feel the love,

The unconditional love that comes from the source of love and light that created the entire universe.

Not physically,

But with the vibration of love that remained within you and within every single part of the creation that the source filled with its every quality of love.

You see the beauty in the eyes of love.

You see unconditional acceptance here.

You see unconditional true love.

A forgiveness for everything that you've ever felt guilty about.

You see compassion for all of the pain you've held within your heart.

You see bliss and the desire,

The want for you to feel that bliss,

They send rays of light into your heart,

Pierce your heart,

Soften,

Melt your heart,

Allow all the pains here,

The sorrows here to dissolve completely.

There's just a melting that takes place,

These eyes melt your heart more and more,
