And welcome to the session.
I invite you to take a seat.
Or lie down.
And get yourself comfortable.
You can close down the eyes if you wish.
Just begin by slowing down the breath.
In through the nose.
Low into the belly.
And slept.
And place your hand upon your heart space.
Feeling the warmth of your hand upon your skin visualizing the heart space as a glowing ball of energy.
A lot.
Or flame.
With the breath grow stronger and brighter.
As we embody.
Embrace.
Become the heart space.
You can call it the hard space,
Or the self.
Our intuition.
The path that's connected to the divine.
Our highest self.
Are inapparent whatever space or place that is for you.
That's where we're going to connect to,
Or rather become.
Our intention for this session is to approach and accept everything that arises.
With an attitude of compassionate curiosity.
And calm confidence.
To approach and accept everything that arises.
With an attitude of compassionate curiosity.
And calm confidence.
Your hand upon the heart space.
Just sitting in this space.
For a small while.
Connecting to the self.
Place within that is permanent.
Incorruptible.
And always accessible.
Place we will return to if at any time we feel lost.
Confused.
Or overwhelmed during this session.
When you feel ready.
Inviting a path.
Into the session.
Part of your past.
Of your personality.
Part that might be manifesting itself within the body.
This could be one that we've worked with in a previous session.
Or a new part.
Just from the heart space.
Inviting this part that wants to connect.
That wants to share.
Visualizing a line between the heart space and this part.
A line of connection line of light.
A line of healing.
Never so gently and delicately.
With the breath.
We're just going to.
Connect to it.
Offering love.
For interest.
Pausing for a moment.
And then returning our attention to the heart space.
Connecting with this part of the body.
And returning.
Knowing to hold that the body keeps the skull.
Things happened in the past.
That were overwhelming.
That we did not process,
Could not process.
Because we didn't know how.
Because it wasn't safe to do so.
For us too much.
That's okay.
But we know that it's being held.
The emotions and sensations and other things that are arising.
It's part of us,
Part of our past,
Part of our body.
Trying to connect.
Trying to speak.
Trying to let us know.
In this practice today we are going to listen.
Approaching and accepting everything that arises.
Compassionate curiosity.
And calm confidence.
With the breath.
Visualizing a line from the heart space.
Our awareness travels through that line.
The part of the body we are working with.
Gently touches the part of the body.
Offering love.
Trust.
Reconnection.
Release.
And then returns back to the heart space.
Delicate.
But consistent.
Really opening your mind up to feeling those sensations in that part of the body deeply.
Feeling without judgment.
Without moving towards or away.
Just with an attitude of acceptance.
Be ceasable to rising.
And similarly,
Opening up our mind space to this part.
Noting any visualizations.
Symbols.
Memories.
Thoughts that are arising.
And accepting them.
From the self,
From the heart space.
Just witnessing.
All the while offering love.
Acceptance.
Connection.
And release.
Skinless part of the body.
Part of our past.
With the words or the intention behind the words.
What do you need from me?
What do you need from me?
What do you need from me?
Asking the question.
What do you need from me?
Listening to the response.
Is it possible to offer this part what it needs?
Maybe there's something you need to do.
Or stop doing.
Maybe you can do it now.
Or maybe what it needs is your simple attention.
Connection.
To know that you.
The Self.
The Heart Space.
Your intuition.
You are back.
Who are here.
That you care.
Chances are this part has been doing something for us for years or decades.
Keeping us safe.
But it may not want to be continuing to do that.
Might want to relate to rest.
To release.
In a moment we're going to do.
Stay connected to this path.
For ten minutes of silence.
From the heart space.
Offering this part love and compassion.
Perhaps visualizing a line of connection.
With the breath ever so delicately.
But consistently.
Offering love.
Connection,
Compassion.
Release.
Asking this part.
What it needs from us.
And just feeling.
Listening.
Being there for the response.
Approaching and accepting it all.
With compassionate curiosity.
And calm confidence.
I'm just reminding you that if at any time you feel the urge to release.
That is to laugh,
To cry,
To scream.
To sleep,
To shake,
To share.
This is your session.
And to also trust yourself in this inner journey.
If you feel compelled to.
Offer or to ask.
Or to explore.
To connect in your way.
So let's sit in connection with this part.
For 10 minutes.
You Okay.
So if you'd like to maintain the meditation.
You're more than welcome to do so.
With everyone else just gently returning returning back to their bodies.
Back to the session.
Back to their day.
Today we practiced a process I call intuitive guidance.
Where we ground ourselves in the self.
Or the hard space.
Becoming our own inner parent.
From that space connecting to a part.
Part of our past.
Personality.
Part of their body.
Part of us that is holding on to something.
Doing a role for us that Perhaps it wants to release.
And we connect to it.
With compassionate curiosity.
And calm confidence.
Perhaps with thee.
Delicacy.
But persistence.
Of the breath.
Called intuitive guidance because we trust.
Our highest self to lead the healing.
To lead the process.
You may find that by getting curious and asking questions.
What do you need from me?
You will start a dialogue.
And your own inner healing process.
We end these sessions with a commitment.
Letting this part of the body know.
Part of our past now.
That we are going to return.
Perhaps later today.
Tomorrow.
Or in a future session We're going to come back.
Reconnect.
Once again to listen.
This is a long process.
And perhaps the part you're working with has been holding onto things for years or decades.
So it takes time to trust.
To reconnect.
To return.
We accept that.
Once again with the delicacy and the persistence of the breath we reconnect.
To be joining me in this session.
See you next time.
