This course presents you with 21 such questions, providing you with the opportunity to explore possibility, allowing you to hold space for your true potential, and encouraging you to start awakening to your highest calling. This course is designed to be used as a daily ritual of self-discovery, with each session beginning with a quick prompt designed to relax your body, and prime your mind to be ready to sit in contemplation. From this place of openness, you will be given a question and invited to allow your response to unfold, welcoming in wisdom, guidance, and insight. We will then elaborate upon the question, discussing its implications and the impact of embracing its teachings, allowing the lessons learnt to point us towards our highest calling. Each session ends with another opportunity to sit in contemplation, followed by an invitation to share our findings with the community and learn from one another. This course, and the contemplation of the questions within, will serve as a steppingstone toward a more examined, mindful, and introspective life. It is time to awaken to your highest calling. Meet your Teacher

Zachary Phillips is a poet, author, meditation instructor, and mindset coach. He is also a qualified teacher, Reiki master, and is currently studying a Master of Counselling. In these roles he helps people identify and release the limiting beliefs that no longer serve them, guiding them from surviving to passionately thriving using tips, tools, and techniques that enable them to process the past, accept the present, and embrace the future with positivity and purpose.

Introduction: How To Get The Most From This Course

In this session you are introduced to the course, guided through its features, and show what you can do to get the most from it. Truly an amazing course! I really liked the uniqueness, variety, and depth of the questions to contemplate. Typically I weary of courses over ten sessions as the information becomes repetitive or too drawn out, however, I was sad when this course came to an end as the topics continued to be fresh and thought-provoking. Zachary! I just finished your course and it was amazing! I love guided meditations but I also love (and need) courses with Questions and Ideas that make me think/grow/and expand my mind. You are so insightful and each question inspired me to think and take action! The last question “close The tabs” is a topic I discuss with my clients quite often. As a marriage and family therapist here in Laguna beach ca, it’s what I would call “Avoidance.” Avoiding a task in the beginning can feel like relief because you don’t want to do it. However, overtime… the avoidance actually causes more stress then the task! So I recommend the 2 and 10 . If it will take you less than 2 minutes… just do it. Or, if it’s going to take longer, tackle it for 10 minutes and stop. Most people will keep going after 10 minutes but even if they don’t, they’re still getting things done. I really enjoy your courses and look forward to taking another one! Keep up the good work! You are appreciated!! Xo— Michele
