Meet your Teacher

Zachary Phillips is a poet, author, meditation instructor, and mindset coach. He is also a qualified teacher, Reiki master, and is currently studying a Master of Counselling. In these roles he helps people identify and release the limiting beliefs that no longer serve them, guiding them from surviving to passionately thriving using tips, tools, and techniques that enable them to process the past, accept the present, and embrace the future with positivity and purpose.

This course doesn't hold back on asking questions which perhaps we avoid at times, or say we are too busy, or simply we are not hearing or feeling what is being asked. This course helped me just to stop, become still and quiet and to truly work through these questions and of course still pondering on some of them. Thank you for a great course 🧡

I found this class very helpful. Asking questions that opened up areas that are sometimes hard to look at. If you’re feeling stuck with yourself or in your life, I highly recommend this course. I did it with pen and paper and found it much more productive than just listening to it . I will come back to this again and again, I’m sure.
