Hello,

This is Zia.

When fear turns part of you to ice,

This practice helps you rediscover movement,

Starting with the smallest ripple.

Begin by asking softly,

Where does fear live as a frozen place in my body today?

Perhaps it's your belly,

Your chest,

Your hips.

Place a hand there,

Not to fix,

Just to acknowledge.

Now,

Imagine dropping a smooth pebble into that space.

Watch as it creates the faintest ripple.

No need to force a wave.

Just let your body remember how to respond.

With each breath,

Another ripple,

Another whisper of motion.

Even this tiny movement is enough to say,

There is aliveness here.

Now,

Picture that space as a wire pulled too tight,

No sound,

Only string.

Now,

Begin to notice how,

With each ripple,

The wire loosens until it becomes a cello string,

Vibrating,

Alive,

With low,

Warm notes.

Feel it in your body,

This quiet home.

Not a dramatic melody,

Just a single note resonating.

You begin to understand even the smallest vibration is music,

And music is just aliveness in another form.

Your nervous system is learning.

Movement doesn't need to be big to be brave.

Each ripple,

Each vibration,

Quiets the old fear that said,

If I tremble,

I'll shatter.

Now it knows,

Trembling is also how the body remembers its song.

Let your hands rest now,

But keep this cello note warm.

Fear may try to freeze you again,

And you'll remember,

Even the faintest ripple can soften the deepest fear.
