To start the meditation practice,
You don't have to do anything.
Just being in the position that you are,
Or doing whatever you are doing.
Remember,
Meditation is not something different than just being.
In meditation,
One is truly themselves.
So,
Allow yourself to be completely you,
And completely calm and centered,
And observe all the different sensations that you can observe,
Your surroundings,
How the room feels,
How the atmosphere feels.
Just keep an open awareness of your surroundings.
Now take a deep breath,
Inhale through your nose,
And exhale from your mouth.
It's okay to feel a bit restless when you are starting your meditation.
Remember,
In meditation,
There are no rules,
So you can be in any position that works best for you.
You can keep your eyes open,
You can keep your eyes closed if you like.
What's important is that you are aware.
When we are really aware,
We realize that there is no past or future.
There is only the observation of now,
Of the present moment.
And when we really realize this,
It frees us from the anxiety of the future,
And the worries of our past.
As we focus on this moment,
By bringing our attention to the sensations that we have in our body,
The sounds we hear,
The surfaces we touch,
Mindfulness brings us back to the Remember,
In any situation in life,
Or in any change in life,
The only thing that changes is your external circumstances.
What is truly you,
Is within you.
The awareness always remains the same,
Always is the same,
And never changes.
And you can observe that when you come back to the present moment.
So,
Sit in this feeling of presence,
And realize this never-changing nature of yourself,
This permanent nature of yourself.
I congratulate you on finally giving a moment to understand your true nature.
I believe this knowledge will help you tread lightly in times of uncertainty.
Remember,
You can always return to this place whenever you want.
All you have to do,
Is to let down all of the things that you have in your mind,
And become aware and mindful of the present moment.
I'll see you in the next meditation.
Bye bye.
