Greetings Beloved.

Welcome to Body Breathing Bible Synergy.

For this practice you will be invited to become aware of sensation as well as the rhythm of breath in your body while marinating the truths of God found in the scripture of Bible.

To begin,

I invite you to discover a way of resting into your body Perhaps you feel called to sit or maybe you feel like lying down.

Either way is totally okay.

Listen to your body and allow your mind to follow.

Once you find your position,

Begin by relaxing the muscles in and around your sit bones each time you exhale.

Notice how with each breath,

Your exhalation becomes slightly longer than the exhalation which came before it.

Begin to notice the muscles around your face and your jaw,

Perhaps inviting sensation into the heart as you inhale and allow for melting tension away through the sensations as you exhale.

With each breath,

You are invited to crystallize your awareness in merging with this beautiful experience your body orchestrates endlessly.

As you drop and become aware of the experience of life weaving through you in your body,

The earth of this body,

You are invited to expand your awareness a little to become encompassing of the earth which holds you.

What landscapes are you resting upon?

What kinds of trees are outside?

What colors are the birds?

What creatures inhabit domains close to you with four legs?

And as you become more aware of the sensations of this earth body which you dwell within,

As well as the pulse of the planet earth of which you live upon,

I invite you to begin imagining becoming aware of the heavens,

Perhaps even imagining the throne room of God.

What happens to your heart as you imagine eternity?

What happens to your sense of safety in your body as you reminisce on what you know about God through direct experience and the scriptures in the Bible?

All throughout Psalms,

There is the praise that the Lord is my refuge.

The Lord is my refuge,

My security,

My protection.

Notice what happens to the sensations in your heart,

In your gut,

In your bones as you relax into the acknowledgement that you are safe because you are a child of God.

In Exodus,

We see how God parts the seas for the people he loves.

What seas has God parted for you?

God delivered the Israelites out from bondage,

Leading them into the promised land.

What chains of bondage has God broken off of you?

Are you being led through parted seas or have you already crossed through them?

Are you in the promised land of his love,

His love and his mercy?

Or are you still journeying towards discovering or both?

It says in Psalms that God is my rock and my refuge.

Therefore,

He offers stability and security.

The supernatural gift of faith brings security and safety.

With this security and safety,

You are able to be equanimous no matter what kinds of storms blow in and around you.

As you breathe,

Notice the textures,

The colors,

The quality of your relationship with faith.

Where does this faith live inside of your body?

And how can the way you breathe influence your connection between earth,

Planet earth,

Your earth body,

And the heavens,

The throne room of God?

Begin to bring a hand,

If it feels good for you,

A hand onto your body.

Perhaps one on your heart,

One on your belly,

Or you can have both hands on your heart or somewhere else.

And begin to anchor in this experience of resting into the security and the safety of God's love.

God's love which surrounds you and lives inside of you.

May you always remember that you are safe and secure in the beautiful faith in God.
