This meditation is an invitation to relax into your receptivity. The calming affirmations will shift your ability to receive more or even more of the beauty, love, and goodness which is already all around you. This meditation is especially good for ones who feel blocked around receiving.

I'd like to invite you to find a comfortable position for yourself.

You are welcome to lie down or to sit.

Listen to what your body is asking of you in this moment and as you settle into your position I invite you to begin finding your breath.

What does it feel like to attune to your breath?

Begin to notice the rhythm within you as you inhale and exhale.

Perhaps notice connection between your belly and your heart,

Your chest.

With each exhale see if you can invite yourself to relax and surrender even more into this body and take a moment now to bring awareness to your heart.

Notice whether you feel sensation there or whether you feel no sensation there and just welcome it.

Perhaps you notice that the quality of sensation changes the more you breathe into this heart.

If this heart is carrying any burdens,

Any gunk that you feel is not serving you or your heart,

I invite you to allow your heart to let go and release with each exhale and take a moment to notice something positive,

Something pleasant in your life,

In yourself.

Maybe it's around you and allow yourself to focus on this pleasant quality or this pleasant person or this pleasant element of the air or a tree or something else and come back to the heart.

See if you can invite a sense of pleasure,

The quality of love more into this heart and I invite you to take a receptive position within yourself.

Maybe even saying to yourself inwardly,

I am ready and willing to receive.

I am ready and willing to receive and I invite you to take these next words and really drink them in.

Really allow them to enter your mind,

Your heart,

Your body,

Your soul,

Your spirit.

You are deserving.

You are deserving.

You deserve.

You deserve love.

You deserve to be cherished.

You deserve love.

You deserve to be cherished.

You are worthy of being adored.

You are worthy of being adored.

You deserve to be cherished.

You deserve to be loved.

And know that whether or not you feel worthy of being cherished,

Loved,

Adored in this moment,

Know that you are and that you always are from the most high above.

You are loved.

You are adored.

You are cherished.
