Together, we can learn how to accept all of who we are (throwing no parts out) as we seek justice, community and joy. In 2023, she completed Jack Kornfield and Tara Brach’s 2-year training to teach mindfulness and compassion-based practices. Now, through Mindful Pause Center, Allison helps individuals and groups center care when encountering habits and patterns they’d like to transform. To further lead others skillfully to wholeness, Allison trained in Mindful Nonviolent Communication with Oren Jay Sofer and in Trauma Sensitive Mindfulness with David Treleaven. Allison offers growth over progress, curiosity over criticism, and grace over judgment.
