I invite you to come as you are in this time-space reality.
There's no one way you need to be.
You are perfect in all your glory.
The paths you've walked,
The experiences sensed through the visceral centers of sensory.
I invite you to walk from 3D to 4D to 5D.
The dimensions and depths within you.
Feel it all.
Scan the body.
We welcome any expanded spaces,
Disconnected spaces.
Shift happens.
This may appear to you as a virtual gathering through devices,
Sound currents,
Screens,
And that may be so.
However,
There's so many grand and great illusions to trick you.
This is one of them.
We may be in different places and spaces geographically,
But this is a vibrational gathering.
It's a gathering of all your senses,
Thoughts,
Experiences.
It's a vibrational gathering where we connect through threads of love beyond space and time and limits.
Come as you are to this conscious community where we breathe,
Flow,
Shout,
Move,
Feel,
Laugh,
Cry.
The rainbows are celebrated here.
It also may appear that this personality entity of Robert Ha Lee is the spotlight focal point but that's also an illusion.
I'm simply here to serve and guide.
The spotlight shines on you.
You decide the depth of this experience with your attention and ability to focus.

Cross-legged.
You may want to use your hands to pull away the muscle and flush under the buttocks.
Rest your hands,
Palms down for introspection,
Palms up to receive.
Maybe you have your own mudra of choice.
Inhale shoulders to ears.
Exhale,
Squeeze them together.
Drop them down.
Breathe in.

Inhale lengthen the spine tall.

Soften the face.
Unhinge the jaw,
Tongue flat and wide at the bottom of your mouth.
Feel free to close your eyes,

All is well.

You can have an experience of structure,
But if it does not suit the moment in time,
There's no failure.

Notice the throat,

You are where you are and it's enough.

There will never be more.

A color,
A flavor.

Where could use some loving,

Maybe it's just general muscle tightness.
Maybe it's a chakra,
An energy centre.
The hands can sandwich over one area or divide the work.
