And I am a nurse practitioner turned Reiki master teacher and sound healer.
And I create distance Reiki healing sessions along with my sound healing frequency music to help people who are struggling with stress,

So let's begin your practice for this evening.
Take a few moments to get your space set up for sleep.
Getting your pillow and your blanket arranged so you can be in the most comfortable position.
And once you are ready,
Gently lie back,
Let your body settle into stillness,
Letting every thought,
Every feeling,
Every part of your being held by the surface beneath you.
Feel the weight of your limbs,
The heaviness of the body relaxing downward,
An invitation to soften.
Let the earth hold you,
Let gravity do the work,
And let your breath begin to soften.
As I now start to send you Reiki,
Take a full deep breath in through the nose,
And slowly,
Steadily exhale out through the mouth,
Again inhaling a wave of peace,
And exhaling letting go completely.
One more time,
Inhale into your heart space,
Exhale and melt into the earth.
Now,
Let the breath return to its natural rhythm,
No need to change or guide it,
Just observe,
Let the breath breathe you,
Notice the quiet,
Notice the sound,
Notice the silence between sounds.
Now let's plant your Sankalpa seed,
A quiet,
Loving intention or affirmation,
A phrase that affirms your rest,
Your healing,
Your peace.
Choose something simple and true,
Whispered from the heart.
It may be,
I breathe deeply and let go,
My body and mind are ready for sleep,
Or perhaps I rest in safety and peace,
Whatever you feel called is perfect for you.
Repeat your Sankalpa inwardly now,
Three times,
Softly,
With full belief,
Allowing the words to ripple gently through your whole being,
Like a stone settling at the bottom of a still lake.
We will now begin a gentle rotation of awareness through the body,
Moving lightly like moonlight,
There is nothing to do,
Only feel,
Sense or notice,
Allow awareness to glide from place to place,

Body resting,
Held in healing light by the breath,
Begin to tune in to the rhythm of your breath again,
Now is a soft wave arriving,
Is letting go,
Feel yourself rolled by this rhythm,
Like being cradled by the ocean,
With every breath softening more to guide you,
The subtle pulsing hum beneath the surface,
A deep intelligence always present,
Always supporting,
Let yourself be breathed,
Let yourself be loved,
Let yourself be restored,
Begin to sense the space inside your body now,
The quiet hum,
The stillness between breaths,
The vastness behind your eyes,
Feel how your awareness expands,
As though the body is dissolving into space,
No edges,
No boundaries,
Let go,
Let yourself float,
Let yourself rest in the arms of stillness,
You are now resting in that sweet in between space,
Between waking and dreaming,
Between effort and ease,
Between doing,
There is nothing left to do,
Nothing to fix.
