When we create moments of inner calm and balance it becomes easier to recognize our needs,
Trust our voice and communicate with clarity and ease.
Let's take a moment now to notice your breath.
Breathing in through the nose and then exhaling softly from the mouth.
Again,
Breathe in slowly,
Noticing the balance and the space between the inhale and the exhale.
The balance between holding on and letting go.
Final breath in,
Feeling your body settle here in this moment and exhale,
Allowing your mind to soften and clear.
