This is a short affirmation guide designed to help you start your day off from a place of abundance, and inner peace. These statements are rooted in the science of self-affirmation and offer a grounding way to begin the day with intention. Spending just 5 minutes on these affirmations while making your morning coffee, breakfast, or simply breathing quietly can set a powerful tone for the day ahead. When repeated regularly, affirmations can help rewire your thought patterns and guide your mind away from fear or self-doubt — and towards trust and inner kindness. This guided affirmation is a reminder that your power is already within you. Background music credit: Artist - Arend. Song - Let The Light In. Source - Uppbeat.

Well,

Hello there.

Welcome to Celestial Gems.

My name is Gem,

And I'll be your guide in this short morning practice.

Today,

I'll talk you through a series of gentle affirmations to begin your day with confidence and self-kindness.

The affirmations we'll be using today are I have statements to put you in the mindset that you are speaking and living from a point where you've already obtained it,

Instead of living from a space of lacking.

If you can,

Feel each I have statement as if they are already present in your life.

If you're finding it hard to feel it,

Don't worry,

That's completely normal.

For now,

Just focus on saying it.

The feelings will come to you the more you practice.

Let's begin.

Take a deep grounding breath in,

Hold at the top of the breath,

And then exhale,

Letting go of any heaviness or tension.

You can say these affirmations silently in your mind,

Or quietly to yourself,

Or out loud as if you were speaking to someone.

Ready?

Repeat after me.

I have safety.

I have security.

I have protection.

I have connection.

I have creativity.

I have liberated myself from my fears.

I have gratitude for my abundance.

I have inner peace.

I have patience.

I have love.

It's easy when life gets busy to forget that the narratives in our mind often come from fear or habit.

We can start bringing ourselves down without even realizing,

Caught in loops that tell us we're not good enough.

But affirmations like these are one way to rewrite those stories,

By including them in your daily routines or rituals.

You're helping rewire your brain,

Gently guiding it away from fear and towards confidence and inner kindness.

I have safety.

I have protection.

I have connection.

I have creativity.

I have liberated myself from my fears.

I have gratitude for my abundance.

I have inner peace.

I have patience.

I have love.

Many psychological studies support the power of affirmations.

Psychology Today notes that during affirmations,

The regions of the brain involved with emotional processing,

Decision-making,

Self-perception,

And social awareness all become more active.

Affirmations have been shown to enhance self-control,

Improve focus,

And support healthy habits.

Let's return to our affirmations again.

This time,

Invite the words to land in your body.

I have safety.

I have protection.

I have connection.

I have creativity.

I have liberated myself from my fears.

I have gratitude for my abundance.

I have inner peace.

I have patience.

I have love.

Take a deep breath in through your nose.

Hold at the top of your breath.

And with a deep sigh,

Exhale.

Thank you so much for joining me this morning and sharing this moment with me.

I am so grateful for you.

Until we meet again,

Goodbye,

My creative friend.
