Heart, Throat And Solar Plexus Connection

Our heart chakra forms a center point of the seven body chakras and is the connection point between our upper and lower chakras.

The heart chakra is the place of connection to divine source light.

When we intentionally connect our heart to our throat and our solar plexus chakras,

The gifts of these chakras are enhanced by the power of love,

Enabling deeper healing,

Easier transmutation of love vibrations or emotions,

And a more direct daily connection to everything and all that is.

Get comfortable and relax.

Close your eyes and take a deep breath.

I want you to imagine you can breathe up from your feet.

Focus on this now and feel this sensation of energy rising in your body.

When you breathe out,

Let go of anything which you no longer wish to carry.

As you breathe,

Feel the outside world falling away.

With each breath you take,

Let go more and more.

Feel all tension and tightness floating out of you,

Away from your shoulders.

Breathe deeply in and as you exhale slowly,

Allow your body to relax.

Soften your jaw,

Part your lips a little to release jaw tightness and consciously relax around your eyes,

Relaxing more and more,

Noticing your breath as it moves through your body.

Breathe all problems away from your body.

Breathe away all stuck emotions and find yourself in your inner world.

Be open and receptive.

This is your time.

This moment in time and space is for you.

Place your focus in your heart and feel your energy calming.

At this time,

You are protected and safe,

All is well.

Focus on your root chakra at the base of your spine and notice the gentle pull of gravity.

Let yourself be pulled to Mother Earth and allow her to hold you and support you.

You are completely relaxed and at peace.

Each time you reach the state of relaxation,

You will heal your body,

Your mind and you will soothe your soul.

Know that every time you relax deeply,

You are getting better and better.

Becoming peaceful and joyful as you rest in the moment.

Remember that energy healing is all about removing the blocks that are inhibiting our bodies from healing themselves.

We will release stuck energy blocks from our hearts,

Throats and solar plexus chakras,

Illuminating and opening your heart space,

The portal of your heart,

Leading you to unconditional love.

The gateway to your soul,

To open.

Follow the swirling pale pink healing light and journey within.

As the pale pink crystal glows and pulsates,

Waves of healing energy flow out of it and into your heart chakra.

All layers of stuck energy are released from your heart and transmuted into love and light.

Feel how unconditional love is flowing throughout your heart space.

The center cross of a point is in your heart space with the two loops each in the throat chakra and the solar plexus chakra respectively.

Each of these three chakras are gifting their highest qualities and energies to one another.

The energy from the solar plexus flows into the beautiful vibrant heart space gathering love before flowing into the throat chakra.

Then the throat chakra energy filled with love and grounded in clear,
