Welcome.

Arrive here.

Give yourself permission to relax and connect with your being.

Find a position that works best for you.

Sitting down,

Lying down,

Or softly walking around.

Connect with yourself.

Remind yourself of your present moment through sound.

The birds,

The music,

The quietness in your home,

The soft laughter of children around you,

Whether you're alone or with family.

Engage with the sound that helps you stay grounded.

Sight.

Take a look at the sight around you.

What do you see?

Engage with the colors,

The textures.

Allow your vision to absorb your present moment.

Good.

Feel your present moment.

If you're on a chair,

Engage with the chair.

If you're lying down,

Feel the comfort of your bed or couch.

Matte.

Allow the richness of that comfort to envelope you.

Feel the softness of the ground as you walk if you're walking.

If the day is gray,

Let it be gray.

If the sun shines,

Let it shine.

You are here.

You are here.

There's nothing you need to do right now,

Nothing to worry about.

Just take some deep breaths and allow yourself to be here.

Let go of all worry that is holding you back.

Anxiety,

Stress.

Let it be and be here.

Give yourself a shake.

Release that energy that is unwanted and arrive here.

Embrace yourself and remember who you are.

You are here.

You are you.

Right here,

Right now.

Go into the day with grace and ease and always,

Always remember you are here.

Arrive here.

This meditation practice is of access to you at any time you need it.

Thank you.

Namaste.
