Welcome to this guided meditation for releasing limiting beliefs and anchoring in positive ones.

My name is Debbie Lucas and I am so honoured and grateful that you have chosen me to support and guide you through this process.

So let's begin by finding a quiet comfortable position and as you either sit or lie down.

Let your body relax and your eyes gently fall closed.

And take a deep breath in through your nose.

And slowly exhale through your mouth.

Let's do this two more times.

With each breath in breathing in peace and calm.

And with each breath out feeling your body soften and relax.

And now imagine a warm golden light surrounding you.

This light is calming,

Protective,

Wrapping around you like a warm soft blanket.

And feel this golden light entering the top of your head.

Blowing down through your neck,

Your shoulders,

Your arms,

Into your hands.

And the golden light continues down into your chest,

Your back,

Your belly and your hips.

And it moves through your legs all the way down to your feet.

Grounding you and connecting you to the earth.

With each breath this light grows brighter,

Washing away any tension,

Fear and doubt.

Leaving you in a state of complete and deep relaxation.

And imagine yourself now standing at the top of a staircase.

And with each step down that you take you will feel lighter and more at ease.

Let's count down together.

Ten,

Nine,

Going deeper,

Eight,

Seven,

More relaxed,

Six,

Five,

Completely at ease,

Five,

Four,

Three,

Almost there,

Two and one.

You are now so deeply relaxed and ready to let go of anything that no longer serves you.

And I invite you now to picture yourself standing in front of a clear flowing river.

You can hear the water babbling over the stones.

You can feel the cool air against your skin.

When you look down and in your hands you notice that you're holding a small bag filled with stones.

Each stone represents a limiting belief that has been holding you back.

So take a moment now to reflect what beliefs or fears have been stopping you from living your dreams.

And what stories have you told yourself that no longer feel true.

And as these come up pick one stone from the bag and notice that belief it represents.

And say to yourself,

I release this belief it no longer serves me.

As you gently toss the stone into the river and watch as the current carries it away leaving you feeling lighter and freer.

And continue to release as many stones that come up for you letting go of fear,

Doubt,

Or resistance.

And with each stone you release feel the weight lifting from your shoulders.

And I'll leave you now for a moment to let go of anything that comes up.

And when you're ready I invite you now to turn your attention to your heart.

Imagine a glowing golden ball of light foaming there.

This light represents new positive beliefs that align with your dreams.

And as you breathe let this light grow stronger filling your entire body and growing into empowering thoughts like I am capable of achieving my dreams.

I am worthy of having everything that my heart desires.

I trust in divine timing.

I take aligned action with confidence and joy.

And we'll repeat them one more time.

I am capable of achieving my dreams.

I am worthy of having everything that my heart desires.

I trust in divine timing.

I take aligned action with confidence and joy.

Feel these actions.

Feel these affirmations becoming part of you anchoring deep within your heart.

You are now aligned,

Empowered,

And ready to move forward.

And as we bring this meditation to a close become aware of your breath again.

Become aware of the surface beneath you as you bring your awareness back into the room.

Gently wiggle your fingers and your toes feeling so grounded and at peace.

And when you are ready open your eyes carrying this newfound sense of freedom and empowerment with you.
