Have you got something coming up that you need to focus on right now?

I invite you to take a seat somewhere comfortable and make sure your feet touching the ground,

Your shoulders are nice and relaxed,

Just let them drop away from your ears,

Spine nice and straight and your hands resting on your lap.

Just take a moment to just appreciate this moment right now and allow your breath to slow down slightly and just feel your whole body and mind,

Just feeling calm and at ease as you breathe a little bit slower and now we're going to take just three deep breaths so in through your nose and out through the mouth and just allow your lungs to completely empty and again breathe in through your nose and breathe out from your mouth and one last time breathe in together and breathe out completely and hopefully just these couple of minutes allowed you to to calm your body and mind and again just press that reset button so you can now focus on whatever lies ahead of you.
