We're about to begin our pelvic peace meditation.
Find a comfortable spot,
Whether that's sitting in a chair or reclining.
If you can,
Listen to this with earphones.
Be sure to minimize any potential interruptions.
Place your phones on silent and enjoy.
Welcome to the pelvic peace meditation.
What I'd like you to do is take three big,
Deep breaths in and out.
First breath.
In and out.
In and out.
Out.
In.
I want you to then concentrate on your head and your face.
Feel your hair.
Feel anything touching it,
Whether that's a pillow or the air around you.
While you're focusing on how your skin,
On your head,
Your ears,
Your lips,
Your neck,
Feel.
I want you to tighten your face as tight as you can.
Scrunch up your face.
Scrunch it,
Scrunch it,
Scrunch it,
Scrunch it tight,
Tight,
Tight.
And then deep breath and let go.
Now we're going to move down into your neck and shoulders.
Feel your clothing.
Feel the air on your skin.
Feel if anything is touching you,
Whether that's a chair,
Bed.
Breathe into this.
And on the count of three,
I want you to tighten up your shoulders as tight as you can.
One,
Two,
Three.
Tighten,
Tighten,
Tighten,
Tighten,
Tighten.
And then deep breath and let go.
Moving down into your chest,
Your arms,
Your abdomen.
The chair,
The pressure from the bed.
Feel your muscles in your arms,
Your chest,
Your abdomen.
Then on the count of three,
I'd like you to tighten those muscles as tight as you can.
One,
Two,
Three.
Tighten,
Tighten,
Tighten,
Tighten as hard as you can.
And then deep breath and let go.
Now we're going to be moving down into your pelvis.
The vaginal area,
The rectum.
Your legs,
Top of your legs,
Back of your legs.
Feel how they feel.
Feel the clothing on your skin.
Maybe you have a blanket.
The chair or the floor pushing on your skin,
The bed.
And on the count of three,
I want you to tighten these muscles as tight as you possibly can.
One,
Two,
Three.
Tight.
Now we're going to move down into your lower legs,
Your feet.
Feel the air on your skin.
Your clothing,
Maybe your socks,
A blanket.
And on the count of three,
I want you to tighten your toes,
Scrunch them up as hard as you can,
Your calves.
One,
Two,
Three.
Tight,
Deep breath,
And then relax.
Now let's go back to just focusing on the breath.
Deep breath in,
Deep breath out.
Deep breath in,
Deep breath out.
Let's go back and focus on the pelvis.
Feel the vaginal walls.
The muscles of the pelvic floor,
The muscles around the rectum.
Once again,
I want you to tighten these muscles as hard as you possibly can.
Imagine cracking open a walnut in the walls of the vagina.
On the count of three,
We're going to tighten and squeeze as hard as we possibly can.
Ready?
One,
Two,
Three.
Tight,
Tight,
Tight.
Even tighter,
You can do it.
Tight,
Tight,
Tight,
Deep breath.
Now we're going to let go.
We're not going to just let go of those muscles.
We're going to let go of all the stress,
All the shame,
All the embarrassment surrounding our pelvic health,
Our pelvic floor.
In the Hindu tradition,
The pelvic area in a woman is referred to as the yoni.
In the Taoist tradition,
It is the golden lotus.
Find the name that you feel more comfortable calling your vulva,
Vaginal,
Yoni,
Golden lotus area.
This is the area of the divine feminine.
It is powerful.
It is creative.
Let go of the shame.
Let go of the trauma.
Let the energy envelop you,
A safe,
Calm energy.
Picture a glowing light.
As you let go of the embarrassment,
The shame,
The trauma,
Release those muscles.
You're safe.
You're powerful.
That golden light starts as a little flicker.
As you realize your divine feminine,
The light grows inside of you,
Deep inside the pelvis.
The creative energy ready to emerge,
Showing your beautiful light to the world.
Let the muscles of the pelvis melt.
Let the bladder relax.
Let go of the fear,
The anger,
The betrayal.
That light gets brighter and brighter.
Celebrate the miracle of the yoni,
The divine feminine.
Your body is a miracle.
Feel the connection to yourself.
Feel the femininity,
That bright light,
Glowing,
Emanating.
Picture that light,
Bright,
Blinding light emanating from within,
Radiating out of your pelvis.
As you do this,
Inhale deep into the pelvis,
Not just in your lungs.
Take a deep breath.
Feel the vagina breathe in with you.
As you take those deep breaths,
Envision the healing blood coursing through your body,
Healing the pelvic floor,
Nurturing the vaginal walls,
Nourishing your bladder.
Your bladder may let go,
No longer needs to hold on to the stress and strain.
Feel your fear dissolving.
Repeat these phrases to yourself.
I am safe.
I am loved.
I am strong.
I am grounded.
I feel community.
I am nourished.
I am stable.
I am healthy.
I am vibrant.
I honor the temper of my body.
I am open to life's opportunities.
By freeing the power of my pelvis,
I can now attract what I deserve.
I am committed to fulfilling my life's mission.
I am creative.
I am sensual.
I am sexy.
I respect the pleasure that my body can give.
I am full of love and emotion.
I accept the flow of life.
I use my energy for creative expression.
I am free to express my emotions in a healthy way.
I am an empowered sexual being.
My creativity flows effortlessly.
I attract people who treat me with respect.
I enjoy pleasure in all areas of my life.
I am powerful.
I am respected.
My intuitive senses are awakened.
I love and I am loved.
I am desirable.
I allow my creativity to flow through me freely.
I receive pleasure and abundance with every breath I take.
I let go of past feelings that no longer serve me.
I choose to feel joy.
I am grateful.
I honor and respect my mind.
I honor and respect my body.
I am beautiful.
I am wanted.
Let's take a couple more deep breaths.
Deep breath in.
Deep breath in.
And deep breath out.
Ah.
At this point in time,
I want you to have a conversation with your Yoni.
Let your Yoni,
Your pelvis,
Your golden lotus,
Know that she is safe.
She is wanted.
She is respected.
She is loved.
Ask your Yoni what she needs.
And listen for the answer.
Give you a minute to have a conversation with her and find out what she needs.
Don't worry about finding the answer.
Just breathe into the stillness.
She will answer.
A gift will come in the form of a message.
It will take some time now to breathe and listen and wait for the answer.
Now,
As we come near the close of this meditation,
You may have gotten an answer,
A gift from the Yoni.
Some of you will have gotten it during this meditation.
Some of you,
The answer will show up later.
But she will always answer when you ask.
Let's take a couple deep more breaths in and out.
In.
Out.
In.
In the next few minutes,
I want you to slowly start to wiggle your toes.
Feel the energy moving up your legs into your pelvis.
Tighten and relax your pelvic floor like you're doing your Kegels quickly.
A quick flicker.
Feel the energy move up into your belly.
Tighten and relax those muscles very quickly in your abdomen.
Feel the energy go on your fingers.
Move your fingers around.
Now into your arms and up into your chest.
Shrug your shoulders up and down.
And as the energy reaches your face,
Find yourself slowly opening your eyes.
Blink a couple times.
Blink,
Blink,
Blink.
Come back to the peace that surrounds you.
The realization that you are a wonderful woman.
That you are powerful.
You are creative.
You are respected.
And you are loved.
Now go on to the world and spread this beautiful life energy.
Because you are the divine feminine.
