Welcome to this healing space.
I am your host Pratyansha.
And today,
I invite you on a journey in words.
A journey to meet a part of yourself.
That you may have pushed away.
Judged or struggled to love.
There is nothing you need to fix here.
There is nothing you need to force.
Just allow yourself to experience whatever comes up.
So find a comfortable position.
Close your eyes.
Take a slow,
Deep breath in.
.
.
And gently breathe out.
Again,
Breathe in deeply.
And exhale.
Allow your body to become heavy.
Relax your forehead.
Relax your jaw.
Drop your shoulders.
Let your hands soften.
And with every breath,
Allow yourself to become more present.
Now imagine yourself standing in a beautiful green field.
The grass is soft beneath your feet.
The air is fresh.
There is a gentle breeze moving through the field.
Take a moment to look around.
Notice the colors Notice the sky.
Notice the temperature of the air against your skin.
You're completely safe here.
There is nowhere you need to go.
Nothing you need to accomplish.
Simply take in this beautiful space.
And as you look ahead,
You notice something.
At the edge of the field,
There is a beautiful mountain.
Now you go towards the mountain.
And as you move ahead,
You see there are a series of steps.
The steps are made of rocks.
They lead all the way up towards the top.
Take a moment to look at them.
And when you are ready You begin walking.
One step at a time.
You don't need to rush.
You just keep moving upwards.
With every step,
Feel yourself moving deeper into yourself.
And as you climb,
Notice what you feel in your body.
Maybe you feel excited.
May be nervous.
May be curious.
Maybe nothing at all.
Whatever you feel is completely okay.
Just notice.
Keep walking.
And after some time you notice an animal nearby.
Perhaps you see it watching you from a distance.
Don't try to decide what animal it should be.
Allow the first animal that appears to come naturally.
Now look at this animal Notice its presence.
Notice how you feel when you see it.
Do you feel safe?
Do you feel curious?
Do you feel comforted?
Or afraid perhaps.
There is no right answer to it.
Simply observe.
Now notice what the animal does.
Perhaps it begins walking towards you.
Then slowly it turns and begins walking up the mountain.
You have a feeling that you're meant to follow it.
So you follow the animal,
Step by step.
Your animal guide leads you higher and higher,
Until finally you reach the top of the mountain.
And there you notice a cave.
Your animal walks towards the entrance,
And you follow it inside.
The cave is quiet.
It is cold and it is still.
Your footsteps echo gently against the rocks.
Your animal continues deeper into the cave.
And as you follow the animal,
You hear the sound of water droplets.
Now,
As you take your step forward,
You can see a small stream of water.
Flowing down the cave.
This water is cold.
But it is giving you comfort.
And eventually,
As you move ahead,
You reach a place where you see a dome.
A beautiful mysterious doll standing at the very top of the tower.
Of the mountain cave.
Your animal stops here.
You look at the door and as you turn back towards your animal guide,
The animal disappears.
It vanishes.
You are suddenly alone Take a moment here.
Notice what you feel.
Are you confused?
Are you afraid?
Do you feel abandoned?
Or do you feel sad?
Do you want to find the animal?
Do you feel like you need your guide back?
Let yourself experience whatever is there.
Don't judge it,
Just notice.
You look around the cave.
You search for your animal.
But it is nowhere to be found.
And perhaps there is a part of you that wants to turn around.
To go back down the mountain.
But something inside you knows.
That there is still somewhere you need to go.
So you turn towards the door.
And slowly you open it.
As the door opens,
You see a bright,
Beautiful light.
And standing in front of you.
Is another version of yourself.
A version you may not recognize at first.
This is the part of you that you have rejected.
The part you criticize.
The part of you that you are ashamed of.
The part that feels unworthy.
The part that feels angry,
Jealous,
Insecure,
Afraid.
Needy or not good enough.
This is your shadow self.
Take a moment to look at this version of you.
Notice how it looks.
Notice the expression.
Notice what happens inside your body as you look at it.
Do you want to move closer?
Do you want to move away?
Do you feel love?
Or feel.
Judgment maybe.
Or do you feel sadness?
Or do you feel compassion towards your shadow self?
Just notice.
You don't have to change anything.
You don't have to make this version of yourself disappear.
Instead,
Look at them gently.
And recognize.
This is also me.
This part of me has been trying to protect me in its own way.
This part of me deserves love too.
And now imagine the light behind you becoming brighter and brighter.
A warm soft healing light.
The light begins to surround this version of you.
And instead of fighting this part,
You allow it to step into the light.
Watch as this version of you slowly walks towards the light.
Perhaps they begin to soften.
Perhaps.
.
.
Begins to change.
Perhaps it simply dissolves into the light.
Allow whatever happens to your shadow self happen naturally.
You don't need to control the experience.
You you and as this part of you enters the light Imagine all the fear.
Shame?
Self-judgement.
And pain that no longer needs to be carried away.
The fear,
Shame,
Self-judgement,
And the pain is being transformed.
Not destroyed,
Transformed.
Now take a deep breath in.
And slowly breathe out.
Now look around you.
Notice how quiet the space feels.
And then you hear something.
A familiar sound.
You turn around.
And there is your animal guide.
It has finally returned.
Notice how you feel when you see it again.
Maybe you feel relief.
Maybe you feel joy.
Or maybe you feel safe.
Maybe you suddenly understand why it disappeared.
Your spirit animal comes towards you.
And you realize that it never truly abandoned you.
It was guiding you towards something you needed to discover within yourself.
Your own strength.
Your own wisdom.
Your own ability to face the parts of yourself you once rejected.
Take a moment to thank your spirit animal.
You can silently say,
Thank you for guiding me.
Thank you for showing me what I needed to see.
Thank you for reminding me that I am never truly alone.
And now your animal begins walking back towards the entrance of the cave.
Follow it.
Together you begin walking down the mountain,
One step at a time.
As you descend,
Notice how your body feels now.
Notice your breath.
Notice your heart.
Notice whether anything feels different.
You make your way down the rocky steps.
Past the cave,
Past the mountain,
Until once again you reach the beautiful green field.
Your spirit animal stands beside you for a moment.
And you take a final look at it.
Notice its energy.
Notice its presence.
And know that you can return to this place whenever you need guidance.
Whenever you need to reconnect with yourself.
Whenever you need to remember who you are.
Take a deep breath in.
And slowly exhale.
Your spirit animal begins to fade into the distance.
And you remain standing in the green field.
Rounded.
Present.
Take another deep breath.
Feel your feet.
Feel your body.
Feel the surface beneath you.
Slowly bring your awareness back into the room.
Move your fingers.
Move your toes.
And when you're ready.
Open your eyes.
Take this reminder with you.
You don't have to.
Love only the beautiful parts of yourself.
Self-love is learning to hold all of you.
Even the paths you are still learning to understand,
Even the paths you once tried to hide,
You're allowed to come home to yourself.
Thank you for being here.
See you next time.
Namaste.
Namaskaram.
