Unicorn Journey Meditation We are going to be connecting with the unicorn magic or unicorn energy.
If this is your first time connecting in with the unicorn energy,
Keep an open mind and be open to the magic that will unfold in this meditation.
Make sure to find a comfortable position.
I would highly recommend sitting up straight with your spine in alignment,
But if you feel called to lay down,
Know that that is more than okay.
If you are going on a walk or are out in nature and want to be in movement,
That is also okay,
But you might find the most benefit from sitting or laying down with this meditation.
Know that if you fall asleep,
That is more than okay,
And have an intention for yourself of what you would like out of this meditation,
Whether it's to meet your unicorn guide for the first time,
Whether it's to hear,
Know,
Sense,
Or understand a message that you need to hear,
Whether it's just to be,
To focus on your breath and be present,
Any intention is welcome.
Feel free to take some time to get comfortable and set your intention now.
It might feel good to do a little stretch,
Whether that's raising your arms above your head,
Taking a deep inhale,
And then on the exhale,
Releasing,
Maybe moving your neck from side to side or giving yourself a little shake,
Just getting comfortable and cozy.
Start to place your focus or your awareness on the sensation of the breath without changing it,
Just observing where your breath is right now,
Whether it's shallow,
A deeper breath,
Whether it's quick or long,
How long you're pausing between the breath,
Just observing and noticing where your breath is today in this here and now moment.
Regardless of where your breath is,
Start to intentionally take a deep,
Full breath in through the nose,
Filling your entire lungs and diaphragm with air and holding at the top for just a moment before exhaling fully and completely,
Releasing all the air and holding for a second before filling up your lungs again with another deep breath,
Just like that,
Expanding your entire chest with air,
Your stomach,
Your lower back,
Your upper back,
Feeling yourself expand with this new oxygen in your lungs,
Holding for a moment before exhaling and releasing any stagnant energy that may have built up from your day or from your sleep,
If you're listening to this after waking up,
And take a few more deep breaths just like that,
Noticing the sensation of the air coming in and out of your nostrils,
The temperature changing.
Begin to move your awareness towards the gravity on your body,
Feeling the weight of your body wherever it is you are,
Whether you're sitting or standing,
Laying down or in movement,
Feeling whatever is touching the ground beneath you,
Maybe the bed,
Sofa,
Or the floor,
Noticing if your mind is wandering,
Knowing that that's okay and bringing it back into the present moment,
Focusing in on the breath if your mind starts to wander,
Just feeling the weight of your body where it is,
Noticing any points of tension in the body,
Without judgment,
Just noticing.
Start breathing into any places of soreness or aching in the body and breathing in this light.
It may have a color,
But feel this loving,
Bright light surrounding any points of tension.
With each inhale,
Feeling the light grow bigger,
And with each exhale,
Feeling the light expand across your entire body.
Begin to feel,
See,
Trust,
Believe,
Know,
Or sense a bright light above your head,
Merging with the light that you have already breathed into your body,
And feeling this light expand beyond your head to beneath your feet,
Swirling you in this healing light.
Know that you are safe here,
And this light can only do good.
It is free from any harm,
And is only helping raise your frequency and your vibration higher.
Feel this light expanding beyond the room or space that you are in,
Until it wraps around,
Expanding around your city,
Your neighborhood,
Your town,
Your village,
Until it expands beyond your country or territory,
Until it expands beyond the continent that you are on,
Through every ocean,
Lake,
River,
Sea,
Until this light has wrapped around the entire Earth.
Feeling it shimmer and glow,
And feeling the light expanding beyond the Earth into the entire Milky Way galaxy.
Feeling into the oneness of the universe with this light.
Start to imagine,
Sense,
Know,
Believe,
Feel,
Trust,
Understand that you are in a beautiful meadow.
It's a sunny day with a light breeze,
With just a few fluffy white clouds in the sky.
Feeling your feet in this meadow,
Maybe with some lush grass and some flowers with vibrant colors around you.
With each step you take,
You feel more grounded and at peace,
And at ease with the nature around you.
You might even see butterflies or other birds,
Animals around you in this meadow,
Knowing that you are safe and protected here,
And that nothing can harm you.
Take a moment of gratitude for being right here,
Right now,
In this magical meadow.
Sun shining on your face,
Feeling the healing energy of the sunlight.
Soon,
You start to look up into the sky and notice the most beautiful fluffy white clouds.
In these clouds,
You start to notice a stairwell,
A staircase made of these clouds,
Slowly unfolding before you.
You feel called to walk up these steps,
Knowing that you are safe and supported and held with each step you take.
That somehow,
Miraculously,
The matter of these clouds can hold and support more than your weight.
That you feel safe and balanced to walk up or float up these steps.
Maybe a magical railing is formed if you feel more supported that way,
But know that it is safe to walk up into the clouds.
And with each step you take,
You feel more blessed and divine,
And you feel your vibration rising.
Continue to walk up these steps.
As you come up these stairs,
You begin to notice,
Somehow in the clouds,
The most beautiful,
Pearly white gates.
And you just know that these are the gates into the realms of the unicorns.
You step closer to these gates and see that there are beautiful roses surrounding,
Red and pink and white and golden roses,
And you might even smell their beautiful,
Sweet,
Fragrant smells.
The gate appears to be locked,
But miraculously there is a key right in front of you.
Notice what this key looks like,
How heavy it is,
How big it is or small,
What color it is,
And you decide to try to use it to open the gates.
It fits perfectly and unlocks these pearly gates.
You open the gate with ease and take steps forward with gratitude into the unicorn kingdom.
You notice an energy that is of the highest love,
Support and light.
It is your personal unicorn.
Whether you can see it,
Feel it,
Trust or just believe and know that it is there beside you,
Take a moment to thank your unicorn for guiding you intuitively to meet it here today.
If you feel called to,
You may even give this unicorn being a hug,
Pet its mane,
Or just touch its horn and feel the healing qualities and properties that are swirling off of it.
Know that you are safe here and know that it's okay.
Whatever you experience here,
There may be multiple unicorns that come to meet you.
They might have a message for you.
Allow the unicorn to guide you and lead you through the kingdom.
Whether it's to another meadow,
To a castle,
To a pool of cosmic light,
Trust that you will experience exactly what you need to.
Now,
Feel free to stay here as long as you feel called to stay here.
But when you feel ready,
Thank your unicorn or unicorns for all they have showed you,
Any messages that have come through and any healing that has occurred.
Try to remember the intention you set and seeing if you're able to honor that intention.
Your unicorn guide or guides start to bring you back to that beautiful pearly gate.
They remind you that you are always welcome to come back at any time and that you are able to call upon them whenever you wish.
It doesn't just have to be in meditation.
You can call upon them at any moment,
On any day,
For any reason.
You make your way through the gates and thank the unicorn kingdom for what it has revealed to you today.
You start making your way back down into that meadow,
Whether your unicorn takes you on its wings or you walk back down each step,
Feeling the love and the joy and gratitude for what it has given you.
Feeling the love and the joy and gratitude for taking time out of your day to connect with the unicorn magic.
Once you reach the meadow,
Thanking the land and any animals that came to visit you.
Start to bring your awareness back into the breath,
Feeling each inhale and exhale.
Taking a deep breath,
Bringing you back into the space that you are in.
Starting to feel the weight in your body against whatever it is touching,
Feeling the air or any fabrics against your skin.
Slowly introducing some movement,
Maybe wiggling your toes and fingers,
Maybe moving your head from side to side,
Taking as long as you need before you start to bring the movement back into your body.
When you're ready,
Bringing your hands over your head,
When you're ready,
Bringing your hands over your chest and taking a deep breath,
Feeling your heart beating,
Bringing your hands together into a prayer position and rubbing your hands,
Feeling the energy accumulating between your fingers and gently placing your hands over your eyes and feeling the heat that has been created.
Gently,
When you are ready,
Blinking open the eyes and taking notice of the space that you are in,
Noticing any colors,
Sounds,
Smells,
Sensations,
Noticing how your body is feeling now,
Noticing how your breath is feeling now and having a moment of gratitude for taking the time to meditate today.
Knowing that you are always welcome to invite in your unicorns and you are always welcome to come back here at any time.
Feel free to write down any messages that may have come through and remind yourself that no matter what you experienced,
It was exactly what you needed to right here,
Right now,
