Facilitated by a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Certified Mindfulness-Informed Professional, the focus here is on grounding, being present with inner parts, and strengthening the inner voice. Parenting, as well as the journey to parenthood, is a vulnerable, raw, emotional, and beautiful period in life. With intention, participants are guided to slow down and become present in ways that feel authentic and true to the experiences of motherhood and parenthood at every stage.
