Close your eyes and take a deep breath in through your nose,

And exhale gently through your mouth.

Let your body soften,

You are safe here,

And nothing needs to be fixed right now.

With each breath,

Feel yourself settling deeper into the space beneath the thought,

The place where clarity lives.

Now gently bring to mind a situation where you felt treated unfairly.

Not to remove it,

Only to acknowledge it.

Notice where this experience lives in your body.

Is it a tightness,

A heaviness?

There's no need to change it.

Just notice.

Say silently to yourself,

This mattered to me,

And let that be enough.

Now imagine yourself standing at a crossroads.

One path stretches behind you,

The path of waiting,

Waiting for fairness,

Waiting for acknowledgement,

Waiting for someone else to make it right.

Notice how heavy that path feels.

The other path stretches forward.

This path does not deny what happened.

It simply no longer requires fairness in order to move.

Freedom does not ask for permission.

With your next breath,

Imagine stepping onto the path of freedom.

As you do,

Silently repeat,

I release the need for fairness.

I release the need for fairness.

Feel the energetic contract dissolve.

The one that said,

I can't move forward until this is fixed.

Notice the space that opens.

You are not saying what happened was okay.

You're saying you matter more than the resentment.

As you walk forward,

Feel your body grow lighter and say silently,

I choose my own path.

I choose my own path.

I reclaim my power.

I reclaim my power.

Notice how strength feels different from anger.

This is what freedom feels like in the body.

You can return to this practice anytime life feels unfair.

Anytime resentment arises.

Anytime you feel stuck waiting for validation.

Each time you choose freedom,

It becomes easier.

So when you're ready,

Gently open your eyes.

You're free to move forward now.
