So,
We're just gonna go to the side of the hand.
And your feet flat on the floor if you can and we're just going to pedal feet back and forth a little bit so just heel to toe just feeling the sensation doesn't matter if you've got shoes on that's okay just feeling the sensation of your feet on the floor It reminds your body that you're here in the now.
And just set the intention.
That you're going to drop into a central channel.
Your own energy.
And I want you to just imagine that anywhere you've placed your attention outside of you,
Anything that is either a task,
Something on the to-do list,
A conversation,
An incident,
An event,
A memory,
Anything that's happened to you,
Let's say in the last week,
There's like a thread,
An energetic thread connecting you to it.
And I want you to,
When I count down from three,
I want you to just imagine,
And you can click your fingers to do it if you want to,
Or something else that feels like a signal.
I want you to just draw those threads back,
Or you can see them being cut,
Or burnt back by the violet flame,
However you wanna do it that feels good to you.
We're just going to pull our energy cords back to ourselves.
So just setting that intention now,
And just maybe even imagining where all those chords are going,
Just seeing them going out from you.
Because whenever there's chords that are going out from you,
It doesn't matter how tiny they are,
Your energy goes with them.
So we're going to first of all call our energy back before we do anything else,
Counting down from three.
To Call them back.
And just imagine them maybe like a measuring tape,
Right?
Just retracting and just take a breath and notice now how your energy feels now that you've done that.
You might want to do it again,
And that's okay.
And then I just want you to lovingly call all the parts of you home.
So as well as the little energetic tendrils that are connecting to other people,
Other things.
Any parts of you that are off somewhere else,
Strategizing.
Resting.
Thinking about stuff,
Ruminating,
Panicking.
Thinking about what to have for tea.
Just call them all back into the now time.
You might want to just pat your body.
I tend to do that.
I just remind myself that I'm here in the present moment.
Call them all home.
And just notice when you feel that kind of click.
And starting on the side of the hand,
We're just gonna get into some tapping.
So even though There's a part of me.
That would love to have a focused,
Productive week.
Right here and right now.
I just acknowledge that's my truth.
And even though there might be other parts of me.
That feel discombobulated.
Like I've been dragged from pillar to post.
And maybe I'm not sure what to do next.
Or how I even really feel.
Right here and right now.
I've called my energy back.
And I'm willing to sit in it and see what comes up.
And even though there might be a part of me.
That's feeling tired.
Stretched.
Or even flighty.
Right here and right now.
I choose to release the strands of energy.
That are connecting me to other things and people.
That may have been draining my energy.
Okay.
On the eyebrow.
There's always so much for me to do.
That side of the eye.
And sometimes I feel like I've picked the wrong thing.
Under the eye,
Or the easiest thing.
Under the nose,
Because that's the most comfortable.
On the chin,
Or maybe the quickest.
And I know inside of myself when it's not necessarily the right thing.
Under the arm because I feel a sense of flightiness.
Oh,
Excuse me.
Top of the head,
And it's hard for me to focus from that place.
Eyebrow.
And there are times when I feel discombobulated.
That side of the eye.
Maybe it's because there's a lot going on around me.
Thank you.
Under the eye.
A lot going on above me.
In the heavens astrologically.
Under the nose.
A lot of outside influence that I can't control.
Chin,
Or maybe even things going on inside of me that impact my energy.
Ooh,
Excuse me.
Under the collar bones.
But here in this moment,
What I'd really love.
And again,
You can substitute this if this doesn't resonate.
Under the arm is to come back to a steady sense of connection and flow.
Top of the head,
And maybe even to open up to more energy.
Eyebrow.
Energy that's consistent and focused in the right direction.
Outside of the eye,
But that also feels calm and peaceful.
Under the eye.
I recognise what a sense of ease feels like.
Under the nose,
And I'm open to feeling that bone deep.
Chin.
It's been a testy time recently.
Call abouts.
Whether that's the non-stop to-do list.
Collar under your arm or the non-stop big celestial energies.
Top of the head.
Sometimes it just feels relentless.
Eyebrow and it can be wearing and exhausting.
Outside of the eye.
Maybe I even feel like I've been dragged through every timeline and past life.
Under the eye in the tiny space of just a week.
Under the nose.
And I know there's bigger energies at play than just my internal system.
And it can feel like being buffeted around.
Collarbones.
But I would just love to feel that bit more energised.
Caught under the arm and that bit more connected to myself and my discernment.
Of the head to release the feeling of up and down.
Or here and there.
Eyebrow and to drop into self-led consistency.
Inside of the eye so I can relax and allow inspiration and ideas to come through.
Under the eye so I can make room for ease and confidence.
Under the nose so I can access my own wisdom and inner guidance.
As well as releasing any avoidance and procrastination.
Collarbones.
And I recognize the fact.
Under the arm,
That I can be my own nurturing parent here.
Give myself the love and cheerleading I need.
Eyebrow to get to where I want to be this week.
Outside of the eye,
So I can rekindle that inner passion.
Under the eye so I can feel supported,
Connected and creative.
Under the nose and wherever I'm holding any tension in my body.
And the chin that may have been hanging around because of the stress.
Collarbones.
I give my body full permission to relax now.
The arm and I bring in those green golden healing sparkles or whatever colour you find better.
Top of the head.
I give myself permission to be me today.
Eyebrow.
To be fiercely resilient is what dropped in for someone.
Outside of the eye,
To feel peace and calm inside.
Under the eye.
To feel energized and focused where I need to be.
Under their nose and calmly creative in the quiet moments.
My frequency is always within my control.
All I need to do is give it the time and the regulation.
Onto the arm.
And to release any lower density vibrations.
Top of the head,
That may have left me feeling less than 100%.
Eyebrow.
So today I choose to relax and release the stress.
Outside of the eye to pull all my strands of energy back to centre.
Under the eye to cut and seal any cords that do not serve me.
Under the nose,
To allow all the parts of me to be seen,
Heard,
And valued.
Chin and maybe even to allow my inner child to play for a bit.

Because when I open to fun,
I open to joy.
Into the air.
And joy is just another frequency of receiving.

And that receiving doesn't have to mean money.

I'm open to ease and flow.
I'm open to calm and consistency.
I'm open to clean,
Pure focus.

I'm open to beautiful,
Nurturing energy.

And that step can also include resting and being.

It can include stillness.
That knows.
It might include allowing and giving myself permission.
It can definitely include more regulation.

Showing up for myself however I need to.
