Welcome. I’m Katie, and I truly believe peace, clarity, and calm are already within us. Sometimes we simply need a little support in finding our way back. I’m a licensed psychotherapist, somatic practitioner, and mindfulness meditation teacher with two decades of experience supporting people through anxiety, overwhelm, burnout, grief, complex trauma, chronic pain, sleep difficulties, and the broader complexities of being human. My work is rooted in mindfulness, movement, nervous system regulation, Somatic Experiencing, compassionate existential self-inquiry, and contemplative wisdom traditions. Whether you're seeking deeper rest, relief from stress or pain, or a place to reconnect with yourself, what I offer is an invitation to slow down, settle into your body, and cultivate greater deeper presence and self-trust. I host two monthly live practices, Pause for Presence and Somatic Sangha, and offer courses including The Body Is the Way, The Chronic Pain Club and The Daily Return, with the occasional pop-up class.
