Namaste and welcome,
Dear soul,
To this peaceful moment.
I invite you to find a comfortable position,
Lying down with your body fully supported.
Gently close your eyes,
Take a deep breath in,
Feeling the air.
Feel your lungs and slowly exhaling,
Releasing any tension.
Allow your body to relax completely,
Knowing that this is your time to rest and rejuvenate.
I will invite you now to bring your awareness to your body,
Beginning with your toes.
Slowly scan upward,
Consciously relaxing each part as you move through your body.
With each inhalation,
Feel all the tension release,
And with each exhalation,
Allow your muscles to soften.
Starting with your toes,
Feel them relax.
Move to your feet,
Ankles,
Calves and knees.
Allow each part to become heavy and relaxed.
Now let's focus on your thighs,
Hips and lower back.
Let go of any tension here.
Relax your abdomen,
Chest and arms.
Let go all the tension in your neck,
Shoulders and face.
Let your jaw soften and your forehead smooth.
Feel as your entire body is melting into your bed.
Now let's bring your awareness to your breath.
With each inhalation,
Imagine drawing in a calm and relaxation.
With each exhalation,
Feel yourself sinking deeper into stillness.
Visualize a peaceful,
Soothing light above your head.
The light is gently descending down through your body.
As the light moves down,
Feel it releasing any remaining tension and filling you with calmness.
This beautiful,
Gentle light is moving from your head to your chest,
Down to your abdomen and all the way down to your feet.
In each breath,
Deepens your relaxation as you feel lighter and more at ease.
Now bring your awareness on the space between your eyebrows,
Your third eye's center.
Imagine a soft,
Glowing purple light there,
Inviting you to surrender fully into a state of deep rest.
With every breath,
Feel your body growing heavier and more relaxed.
Allow yourself to drift deeper into stillness.
Letting go of all thought.
There is nothing you need to do,
Nothing you need to expect.
Simply surrender to sleep.
Take a final,
Deep breath in.
And as you exhale,
Gently release into the peacefulness of your sleep.
Sweet dreams.
