When the weight of the world feels all-consuming,

Take a breath,

Breathe,

Fill up your lungs,

And give you life.

Breathe until all that you are is breath.

Take a moment and breathe when you don't know where to turn.

Breathe until all that you are is breath.

Inhale,

Exhale,

Breathe.

Sometimes,

All you need is to just breathe.

Let go until all that you are is breath.
