Sit or lie comfortably and allow your body to adjust to the rest.
Let your breath settle you.
Let it flow all through your body and let every muscle bit by bit release tension.
Tell your body it's safe to relax here.
There's nothing to do right now.
Let each breath settle you.
Inhale and exhale.
Above you now,
A full moon hangs in the sky.
It's glowing and generous and radiant.
It's light touches everything.
It sees all that you are.
Even the parts we usually keep in shadow.
Allow yourself to feel bathed in this light.
There is no judgment here,
Only clarity.
You can be completely open.
It's safe here.
There's nothing but truth.
In this soft brightness,
Ask yourself,
What am I carrying that no longer serves me?
It might be a story,
A self-doubt,
A way of being that feels heavy now.
Let it rise gently to the surface.
You don't have to wrestle with it.
Simply hold it in your awareness.
And now imagine the light of the full moon shining right onto it,
Illuminating it with love.
Let that light dissolve it,
Or lift it,
Or release it like breath on the wind.
You might whisper,
I see this.
I honor what it has taught me.
And now I let it go.
Let it go.
Let it go.
Feel the tension leave your muscles as they no longer have to hold it.
Let it go.
Breathe and feel the space that opens up in its place.
Stay here gently for a few more breaths and let the moon hold you.
When you're ready,
