Anxiety through the body and through a gentle mantra.

Let's settle in and make yourself comfortable.
You can do this meditation sitting or lying down,
Whatever feels kind to your nervous system today.
Let's take a long,
Slow,
Deep breath in through our nose and sigh it out through our mouth.
Again,
Long,
Slow,
Deep breath in through our nose and out through our mouth.
Now,
Let your breath move its natural way in and out through the nose,
Easily and softly.
On your next breath out,
Gently close your eyes.
By the surface that you're sitting down on,
With every breath out,
Sinking a little deeper into the ground that's in all that is no longer serving,
Leaving your mind and your head.
You feel safe and held by your breath.
