Moon meditations with me Jamie.

Today we'll be doing a meditation for the new moon in Aquarius.

Aquarius is about forward thinking,

Community,

Challenging the norm and embracing our own uniqueness.

Find a comfortable position with headphones on or playing via a speaker.

Close your eyes,

Relax as we delve into the body and also our imagination,

Visualization.

As you begin to close your eyes,

Feeling the eyes shut,

Feeling the eyes becoming heavy and just enjoying the sensations of the eyebrows and the facial muscles all letting go of stress.

Feeling the breath move in and out,

Observing the air as it runs in over the skin,

Into our mouth and nostrils and into the back of the throat,

Filling the lungs and belly.

And as we breathe out just allowing our shoulders to relax,

Allowing ourselves to sink where we are.

Being able to receive the energy from the stars and the universe allows us to open.

And when we're tense our body isn't open to receive.

So just finding in what ways we can open our body more,

Noticing any sore points just now,

Relaxing,

Slowing down the breath,

Just feeling an increased amount of peacefulness and presence as we move out of our mind and into our body.

Finding that space and clarity that comes through meditation,

Attention to the breath and through this clarity we can call on our intuition,

Our third eye,

Or also known as the mind's eye.

A bridge between our intuition and our emotions and our creative mind.

So as we're breathing in just concentrate especially on air coming in our nose and maybe the back of the throat if you've got your mouth slightly open but work on the nose if you can breathe that way.

And as you breathe in especially concentrate on the air rising up to the back,

The top of the nose and feeling the area where it hits before it moves down the throat.

The area in between our eyes,

Our eyebrows,

Often where they say the pineal gland is found.

And as we feel the air,

Feel it aliven,

The fresh air bringing life into our third eye,

Pineal gland area.

Breathing nice and deeply,

This is a kind of activation.

Let's do five nice deep breaths together.

Paying attention to any tingling or activation feelings.

And just begin to concentrate on any light or color or anything we can see,

The visual stimulation coming.

And I want us to begin to picture ourselves doing the thing we love the most.

Seeing us in our element where we feel blissful and enjoying the moment and we are present.

So we keep breathing nice and deeply just allowing that image to come.

Noticing the expression on our face,

How we're moving and connecting to the feeling and emotions that we have.

And just as we begin to broaden the horizon,

Maybe looking to our friends or loved ones who we value,

The people in our lives who we know encourage us and that we like to have around.

Maybe being quite specific and seeing who those people are,

Who we feel safe around and we enjoy them watching us.

And just paying attention to how they're feeling and what they look like.

And adding to the number of people,

But really trying to find those loved ones which we know support us in our journey and don't judge us.

Let's move a little bit further out and open our imaginations to the place,

To the set and setting where we are,

What country we are in.

If we can choose to be anywhere in the world,

Doing anything with anyone,

Where are we?

What is our perfect moment that we can imagine right now?

Just concentrating on any nature around,

Any buildings,

Any water,

What kind of temperature is it?

Just seeing what the weather is doing as well.

And as we see this whole scene of beautiful connection,

Community and ourselves at the forefront performing or doing something we love or maybe something that we enjoy doing is being shown,

We are receiving attention basically.

Also just connecting with the value that we give the people in a two-way stream.

And just taking some nice deep breaths and breathing in this vision,

Bringing energy,

Life and positivity into this being a reality one day.

And as we take some nice deep breaths,

Bringing life into this,

Nice and deep,

Feeling it in our belly and feeling how our third eye,

Our pineal gland is stimulated and activated.

Concentrating on this spot and allow this visualization to clear with a bright light of a certain color,

To take hold of the whole scene,

A bright vibrant light like a star exploding in the night sky.

What color is this light which engulfs you?

Breathing it in as well and just feeling it start to creep through your whole body,

Feeling alive on your skin,

Opening from the area of the third eye and moving down.

So the bright light is engulfing our head down to our hearts,

Our belly,

Our abdomen,

Our pelvis,

Feeling its warmth and light spread all the way down to our toes.

And just pick one word to describe this light and as you breathe in,

Just repeat that word to yourself and feel it through every cell in your body.

And when you feel it in every cell of your body,

See if you can start to radiate the light,

The energy,

The emotion,

The word.

If it can come beaming out of your skin like the sunshine,

Feeling all the cells in your body,

Your organs have their own enlightenment in this energy.

And just feeling any old energy be burnt away and allowing this new energy to take over going forward.

And just taking some nice long breaths out your mouth,

Feeling the pulses radiate out in the world we live with the understanding that we are more powerful than we can ever imagine.

And we do radiate out this energy if we choose.

And I leave you with this.

You can continue expanding the energy out further and further as far as you want to go.

Or you can come back into your body and feel every cell,

Basically every cell of your body and feel every cell bathing in this blissful state.

And whenever you're ready,

You can finish.
