Becoming a mom changed everything for Janina—including her approach to yoga and meditation. Realizing how little support exists for postpartum recovery in her area, she made it her mission to help other moms feel strong, balanced, and at home in their bodies again through yoga and meditation. Now, she hosts her own yoga classes especially for moms in Stuttgart, blending latest scientific research on the pelvic floor, honesty, and humor to make self-care doable—even on the most chaotic of days. When she´s not on the mat you can find her doing geeky boardgames with her hubby and friends. Gloomhaven is the current favourite.
