Welcome yourself into this moment just for you,

Arriving just as you are.

This meditation is a reminder that you are complete just as you are.

Begin to consciously let go of the outside world.

Start to breathe into the pause and breathe out.

If it feels comfortable to softly close your eyes or gently gaze down.

Maybe bring in a word to your mind to guide you through this meditation.

Maybe presence,

Gentle,

Love.

Start to soften what is tugging at you.

What is on your mind?

What is on your heart?

Just softly let it all fade away and just land in this space with no judgment.

Know that there is no right or wrong way to pause,

To meditate and to let go.

Find your breath,

Breath in and breath out.

You can find a sense of peace knowing that you are complete just as you are.

What does it feel like to rest here?

Knowing you don't need to do anything else but just to be here for you.

At the beginning of starting something new,

You can feel this sense of overwhelm.

Sit in that feeling and know that means something great is upon you.

Know that with each step of being outside your comfort zone,

You are learning,

Expanding and growing.

You are complete just as you are.
