Come Home to the Love Within is a gentle heart-centered meditation that guides you back to the steady, unconditional love already living inside you. Through breath, visualization, and soft affirmations, you’re invited to release the outside noise and build a sanctuary of self-trust and self-compassion. This practice reminds you that you don’t have to earn love — it’s already yours — and the more you nurture it within, the more freely you can receive it.

Welcome yourself to this moment just for you.

You have given yourself this gift to pause and let go.

Start to bring in the feeling that there is nothing else to do but just to be here now.

Allow the outside world to soften and let this be a time to show up just for you.

If it feels safe to softly close your eyes and let yourself be supported by the ground beneath you.

What does it feel like to be truly held in this moment?

Take a slow breath in through your nose and big release out.

Again,

Breathing in and just really let everything go.

Start to bring in a softness around your heart.

Maybe even placing a hand on your heart if that feels comfortable.

Begin to feel the steady rhythm of your breath.

The soothing feeling that your heartbeat connects to your breath so naturally.

Guiding you,

Anchoring you,

Continue to bring softness around your heart.

Imagine a light that feels familiar and unconditional with no limits.

This light is love.

Your love.

Something that has always been there.

And with each breath,

Fuel that love.

Fuel that light.

Find these words by Brianna Wiest.

If you are consistent in offering yourself loving thoughts,

You begin to form a sanctuary around yourself.

How does that land in your body?

As you breathe in,

Imagine this light growing brighter.

Here as you breathe out,

Feel it spread gently through your chest.

There's nothing you need to do to deserve it.

You already have it within you.

This love,

This light,

It's already yours.

Knowing that,

How does that feel?

How does that feel?

Think about a moment where you showed up for yourself.

Maybe you did a hard thing.

Feel the warmth of that.

The accepting of that.

The success of that.

The pride within you.

Feel the power of that love.

That tenderness.

Notice where it lives in your body.

With every inhale,

Breathe in love.

And with every exhale,

Let go of anything that does not serve you.

Let everything melt away.

Imagine each breath is starting over.

A renewal.

The more love I have for myself,

The more love I can receive.

Let the words enter your body,

Softly,

Gently.

The more love I have for myself,

The more love I can receive.

Let the love blossom within.

Water it with each breath,

Like it is a flower.

You are a miracle in everything you do,

Because you are here just for you.

Know that you are the love of your own life.

Carry this love within,

And come back to this feeling often.

With each breath,

Breathe in love,

And exhale.

With each breath,

Breathe in love,

And exhale.

Start to slowly come back to the room.

Maybe a gentle sway,

Holding your heart,

Feeling that love within.

And when you're ready,

Gently open your eyes,

From my light to yours.
