Transcript

We've been taught that confidence is loud,

Big energy,

Bold moves,

Never doubting yourself,

But that's not true.

Real confidence isn't about volume,

It's about steadiness.

It's the quiet knowing that says,

I can handle this,

I trust myself,

I belong here and the beautiful thing is you don't have to force it,

You don't have to fake it,

You grow it by creating calm in your body.

So right now take one slow breath in,

Feel your feet on the ground,

Roll your shoulders back and just imagine you're walking into a room,

Not to prove yourself but simply to be yourself.

That's it,

No performing,

No mask,

Just you and the quiet kind of confidence that comes from self-trust because the world doesn't need you to be louder,

It needs you to be steady and you are learning how.
