This Air meditation is around 5 minutes long. In this Air meditation, I invite you to sit outside if you can and let the breeze touch your skin. Through gentle breath and presence, you’ll soften into the freedom and trust that air offers — remembering that even what you cannot see is always holding and supporting you. A practice of surrender, spaciousness, and being carried by the breath of life.

If possible,

If you can sit outside and feel the breeze or if there's no wind and it's really warm,

Just sit inside into the cool I want you to close your eyes and just take a deep breath in through the nose and out through the mouth but I really want you to wiggle your body a little bit really take a deep breath in through the nose and out and if you feel like wiggling your legs just do that and another deep breath in through the nose and really jumping into your body even deeper relaxing your shoulders even deeper and if you feel like doing gentle movements with your shoulders some gentle rotation with your shoulders just do that and when you're ready while you're taking a deep breath in I want you to notice the air that's entering through the nose through the nostrils going down it's going down into your trachea entering the lungs and it's flowing back out take another deep breath in through the nose and while you're feeling that breath into your body being present with the breath I want you to feel the breeze touching your skin caressing your cheeks brushing your hair touching your arms allow yourself to be fully present with this caress of air and take another deep breath in through the nose and out through the mouth and I want you to sit with that gentle touch of air that gentle embrace air is the element of freedom softness surrender it is invisible yet it holds you always as you breathe in imagine the air wrapping you in a gentle embrace and as you breathe out allow your body to soften a little more trust that the atmosphere itself is holding you supporting you carrying you and I want you to take another deep breath in through the nose and out through the mouth and when you're taking another deep breath in I want you to whisper gently to yourself I am held by the breath of life and breathe out and when you're taking another deep breath in tell yourself I soften into trust let your breath be slow tender and effortless rest in the sweetness of being carried by air and take another deep breath in through the nose and out through the mouth when you're ready you can open your eyes
