Welcome everyone.
Okay,
So I want you to close your eyes and soften your body and take a deep breath in through the nose and exhale out through your mouth.
And inhale deeply and exhale fully.
One more time in through the nose and out through the mouth dropping into your heart space.
A warmth begins to glow within your chest.
You can feel and you can see,
You can feel the heat,
You can see the first spark of fire and you can hear that sparkle.
Now I want you to call upon the dragon breath to awaken your inner flame.
Inhale deeply through the nose and filling your belly and exhale powerfully through your mouth as if breathing fire.
Again I want you to take a deep breath in and exhale with force releasing fear heaviness and stagnation.
One more deep breath in and inhale deeply into the belly and down into the sacral,
Into the root and roar that breath out like a dragon.
Clearing your whole being.
Feel your fire awakened fierce and alive.
Before you there is a sacred clearing beneath the stars.
Around you a wider outer circle of stones.
This is the first cycle.
It's the first circle protection.
So you step across it with intention,
Whispering.
I step into sacred space.
Closing in you see the second circle.
This is the truth circle.
Amber's glowing and sacred patterns on the ground.
So you step through with honesty,
Whispering.
I stand in my truth.
Clear,
Courageous and kind.
And at the center lies the third circle which is the initiation circle.
A contained living flame ancient and alive.
The flame rise vibrant calling you closer.
Gaze into the central fire.
With each inhale you draw in its form,
Polarity and strength.
With each exhale offer it your fear,
Your doubt and any old stories,
Any old patterns.
And you whisper to yourself,
Fire of life see me,
Fire of truth know me,
Fire of spirit remake me.
Now the flame leaps from the fire into your body.
It ignites at your root and begins to rise.
The fire flows upwards,
Serpent like,
Moving around,
Moving along your spine.
And if you feel like you're not grounded,
I invite you to drop a beautiful crowning cord from your root down.
It's going into mother earth.
And like the roots of an oak tree,
You're going down into the heart of mother earth.
You're wrapping your roots into her heart,
Into her chakra,
Into that magma,
That life force,
That pulsation,
That fire burning.
And you're being anchored there and you bring that life force up through the different layers of the earth,
Up through the different layers of your house or if you're outside through the different layers of the ground.
You're bringing it up,
You're breathing it out through your soul or your feet.
It's going up your legs,
Your thigh,
Your hips,
Until it reaches the root and it's just going up into your heart.
And that serpentine energy that has been ignited,
It coils and rises,
Burning away any blockages,
Awakening energy centers.
It reaches your heart,
Blazing with love and power.
It moves through your throat,
Bringing your voice.
It lights your third eye,
Which is the space between your eyebrows,
Opening your vision.
Finally,
It crowns your head,
Bursting into radiant firelight above you.
Your whole being glows,
Awakened,
Alive,
Aligned.
You can feel that fire,
That shakti burning inside you.
You can feel that life force running through every cell of your body,
Through your being.
This is the kundalini fire,
The initiatory flame of awakening.
You can feel it pulsating in every part of your body,
In every cell of your body,
In your whole being.
You can feel the fire.
And from this flame emerges a phoenix,
Radiant in red and gold.
The fire in front of you,
It's just burning wild,
Forming this phoenix rising.
And the phoenix approaches you,
Eyes glowing with ancient wisdom.
And your forehead,
Your third eye meets the phoenix third eye.
A transfer of wisdom,
A fire of rebirth passes between you.
And you whisper,
I am like the phoenix rising.
I rise from the ashes,
Renewed,
Reborn,
Unshakable.
The phoenix spreads its wings and soars,
Leaving its flame alive in your core.
You are reborn,
Luminous,
Unstoppable,
Eternal.
And now the great dragon spirit encircles the fire.
You breathe with the dragon,
You inhale and you exhale.
Its fire merges with yours,
Amplifying your life force.
And the dragon whispers,
Keeper of the sacred fire,
Your flame serves life.
You bow to the initiation flame and you have a deep gratitude to the phoenix and the dragon spirit and a deep reverence and you step back across the circle of fire of truth.
And you whisper,
While you say it out loud,
I leave my truth with strength and compassion.
I leave my truth with strength and passion.
And you step back across the circle of protection.
And you say it out loud,
I am protected in the right use of my fire.
My flame serves life.
You feel the fire still moving along the spine,
Steady,
Alive.
You feel grounded.
An amber glowing in your belly,
Your heart,
Your third eye,
Your crown.
And you whisper within,
Or you say it out loud,
With every breath that you're taking,
I am the keeper of my flame.
I am the phoenix rising.
I breathe with the dragon.
The initiatory fire awakens me.
The kundalini flame flows through me.
And you take one final deep breath in and you exhale fully,
Returning to this moment,
Your whole being radiant,
Crowned in fire.
