As the Sun rises over the horizon you witness the mesmerizing shades of orange,

Pink and gold.

You can feel the warmth and gentle glow of the rising Sun on your face filling you with a sense of renewal and possibility.

With each breath imagine the fresh clean and clear morning air entering your body.

Feel the oxygen infusing your lungs awakening every cell in your entire body with vitality and energy.

As you inhale deeply envision this revitalizing air spreading throughout your entire being lighting up your body and heart with a powerful and blissful energy.

Take a moment to connect with this newfound energy and allow it to flow freely within you.

Feel the warm of the Sun's rays embracing you nurturing your body mind and spirit.

As your body absorbs this gentle morning light visualize any lingering fatigue or heaviness dissolving leaving you feeling light refreshed and ready to embrace the day ahead.
