Allison loves helping people learn meditation and yoga techniques that she personally finds helpful for dealing with long-term illness, pain, and disabilities. She's a certified yoga teacher, trained in specialized areas like Trauma-Informed Yoga and Yoga Nidra. She also has a master's degree in psychology and works as a counselor helping people with disabilities and ongoing health issues. Since 2021, she’s been teaching yoga, meditation, and mindfulness classes both in person and online, and she runs support groups for people dealing with similar challenges.
