Find a comfortable seated or lying position.

Let your eyes close or soften.

Let the day melt away for just a little while.

This is a space where nothing is expected of you.

You don't need to fix anything.

You only need to listen and soften.

Bring your hands to your belly.

Feel the rise and fall with each breath.

Let the breath slow.

Inhale through your nose.

Exhale through your mouth.

Let your belly soften as you exhale.

You do not need to hold it in.

It's safe to be soft.

It's safe to release.
