She has a strong interest in working with trauma and its many manifestations. In alignment with this focus, she also works psychotherapeutically with individuals diagnosed with autoimmune conditions and offers health coaching in this area. She is the author of Autoimmune Survival Guide, a book dedicated to supporting individuals living with autoimmune illness. At Lala Palm Safari Co., her role extends beyond traditional therapy as she guides individuals on wellness safaris, curating transformative experiences that integrate therapeutic and wellness practices with the restorative power of the natural world. Concurrently, as a course instructor at Back to Balance Health, she applies her expertise in wellness and instructional coaching to develop and facilitate courses that empower others to cultivate balance, resilience, and vitality. Her work is driven by a dedication to fostering harmony and psychological resilience in the lives of those she encounters. Malvina has also trained as yoga instructor, having done a Jivamukti based vinyasa training and a nervous system regulation training involving restorative yoga and yoga nidra.
