The organs,

Nestled in the center of your chest.
Imagine the radiant light of the sun shining brightly within this space.
You may even sense its warmth.
Visualize this light as a brilliant,
Pristine white light,
As powerful and warm as the sun itself.
Sense the strength emanating from this heart space,
A gentle yet unwavering power.
Within this heart space,
Feel a deep longing and resolve to embrace love and peace,
Not only during the holidays,
But throughout every day at this time of your life.
Let there be a commitment within you to acknowledge that inner peace is always possible,
Always within reach,
Regardless of what is happening around you.
