Hey,

It's JJ,

Welcome to day 14 of our 21 day meditation challenge for weight loss Congratulations on reaching the end of the second week Today's meditation will focus on self-reflection and growth It's an opportunity to look inward,

Assess your progress,

And acknowledge the personal growth you have experienced so far Let's begin by finding a comfortable seated position,

Either on a chair with your feet flat on the ground or cross-legged on a cushion Allow your spine to be straight but relaxed and rest your hands gently on your knees or in your lap Close your eyes and take a deep breath in through your nose and letting your lungs expand fully and hold it for a moment Then exhale slowly through your mouth,

Releasing any tension Repeat this two more times,

Feeling yourself becoming more centered and present Now,

Bring your attention to your breath,

Feeling it's a natural rhythm As you breathe in,

Just gently reflect on your journey over the past two weeks Think about the challenge you have faced,

The progress you have made,

And the moments of clarity you have experienced Allow yourself to acknowledge the growth you have achieved,

No matter how small Recognize the effort you have put into the journey and appreciate the steps you have taken toward your goals Now shift your focus to the growth you have experienced Consider how you have changed since you began this challenge It might be in your mindset,

Your habits,

Or your relationship with yourself As you reflect on this growth,

Imagine it as a light within you and growing brighter with each breath This light represents your progress,

Your strength,

And your commitment to becoming the best version of yourself Let this light fill you with a sense of pride and encouragement Knowing that each step you take brings you closer to your goals With this light of growth shining brightly,

Take a moment to set an intention for the days ahead It might be something like,

I will continue to grow and evolve with patience and self-compassion Or,

I embrace every opportunity for growth with an open heart Silently repeat your intention to yourself and letting it resonate throughout your entire being Feel this intention guiding you as you move forward on your journey Now take a final deep breath in and filling your body with the energy of growth and progress Exhale slowly and bring your awareness back to the present moment Gently wiggle your fingers and toes,

Stretch if you need to When you are ready,

Open your eyes,

Feeling renewed,

Encouraged,

And ready to continue your journey with confidence Thank yourself for taking this time to reflect on your growth SJJ,
