Diane is a registered dietitian, lactation consultant, trauma-informed mindfulness teacher, and a mom, living with premenstrual dysphoric disorder. PMDD is a chronic, debilitating condition in which the brain has an abnormal--and outsized--response to the normal hormonal changes of the menstrual cycle. After hitting rock bottom, unable to work, and barely able to perform daily tasks, Diane found peace and acceptance in her relationship with PMDD, through the practice of mindfulness. As a result, she was able to re-engage with her life and rediscover herself. Diane now helps others with the condition to Live Better with Mindfulness for PMDD (you can learn more about her coaching program at the link). A dual citizen of the US and UK, Diane currently lives in Texas with her husband, son, and Yorkie puppy.
