Let's start by deeply inhaling with the nose.

Relaxing and restoring itself more and more.
I open up my field to the healing energy of the now moment and the highest good.
I open up my field to receive the purest healing and divine energy now.
I am ready to listen to my body and the messages it has for me.
With every breath,
My core loosens,

I inhale gold replenishing energy and I exhale stagnation,
Heaviness and old density.

We are ready now and we can start with a body scan.
We listen carefully from the bottom of our feet to the tip of our head.
We gently scan our entire body,
Starting with our feet.
How are they feeling?
What is going on down there?
Our legs,
What are they feeling?
Our root chakra at the base of our spine,
How does it feel in there?
Our solar plexus,
What do I feel in the stomach?
Our heart and chest,
What is going on in there?
What do I feel?
What am I perceiving?
How do they feel?
Take some time to gently understand what is going on in every part of your body.
Do I feel tension,
Contraction,
Heaviness,
Pain?
In what area do I feel there is more density?
Which area is heavier and different?
What area is most uncomfortable?
Once you've located,
Gently greet it,
Come to it,
Acknowledge it and speak to it as if it was its own entity.
I see you,
I acknowledge you,
I feel you.
Now ask to this area,
If you could talk,
What would you say to me?
And now listen patiently for the answer.
The body does not speak with words but through emotions,
Feelings or sensations.
And we must interpret it.
Talk,
What would you say to me?
I leave you some time in order to receive the answer.
Say to it,
I see you,
I see how you feel.
Your feeling is valid and I'm here for you now.
How can I help you?
What do you need from me?
What can I do for you?
What can I do to improve your state?
Say,
Ok,
I see what you need from me.
I would devote some time every day for this.
I would devote time every day to give you what you need.
Thank you for talking to me.
Thank you for communicating how you feel.

Now visualize a waterfall of unconditional love pouring all over you and restoring you completely.
Now scan again the body and see if you find other places or other points that feel different,
Heavier.
Once you locate it,
Then speak to it as if it was its own entity.
