Welcome,
Dear one.
You may choose to lie down or sit comfortably with your spine soft and relaxed.
If it feels right,
Rest one or both hands over your lower belly.
Let this be a gesture of presence,
Not pressure.
When you're ready,
Gently close your eyes.
Allow the outside world to fade.
Nothing else is required of you now.
Begin by simply noticing your breath.
No need to change it yet.
Just observe the rise and fall of your body.
Now slowly inhale through the nose.
Let the breath travel down into your belly.
Feel the lower abdomen gently expand.
Exhale softly through the mouth,
As if sighing out anything heavy.
Again,
Inhale down into the womb space.
Exhale,
Releasing,
Softening,
Letting go.
With each breath,
Imagine the air becoming warmer,
Kinder,
More nourishing.
Inhale,
Imagine the breath carrying a soft,
Rose-gold light,
A gentle,
Feminine glow.
Exhale,
Let that light settle into your womb,
Like warm sunlight soaking into earth.
Continue breathing this way,
In light and warmth,
Out tension and old holding.
If thoughts arise,
Allow them to drift away like mist.
Return again and again to the breath,
To the rhythm,
To the safety of this moment.
Now,
Bring your awareness fully to your womb space.
The space low in your belly.
Whether or not you physically have a womb,
This is your energetic centre of creation,
Intuition and feminine memory.
Imagine this space as a sacred chamber,
Ancient,
Wise.
A place that has felt joy,
Grief,
Desire,
Fear,
Love.
You are not here to judge any of it.
You are here to listen.
Picture the rose-gold light growing brighter now.
Not intense,
Just steady and comforting.
It surrounds your womb like a cocoon.
If emotions arise,
Allow them.
If nothing arises,
That is perfect too.
If your womb could speak,
What would it ask you to release?
Perhaps it is old pain.
Stored sadness.
Memories not yours to carry anymore.
With the next exhale,
Imagine your womb gently loosening its grip.
Like hands unclenching after a long time.
You might imagine the earth beneath you opening.
Willing to receive anything you are ready to give back.
Exhale,
Let it fall away.
You are not losing anything of value.
Only what no longer belongs to you.
Now,
Imagine a presence of pure feminine compassion.
It may feel like a mother.
An ancestor.
A goddess.
Or simply loving energy.
This presence places warm,
Loving hands over your womb.
There is no urgency here.
Only patience.
Silently or aloud,
Repeat.
You are safe.
You are honoured.
You are allowed to rest.
Feel this energy soothing.
Repairing.
Wrapping every layer of your womb in gentleness.
If your womb has known trauma,
Loss or disconnection,
Let it know this.
You are not broken.
You are wise beyond words.
See the rose gold light now settling into a soft glow.
Like embers that will continue warming you long after this meditation ends.
Your womb holds creativity.
Desire.
Life force.
It does not need to perform.
It only needs to be heard.
Take one final deep breath into the womb.
And exhale with gratitude.
Begin to feel your body again.
The weight beneath you.
The room around you.
Gently wiggle your fingers and toes.
When you're ready,
Open your eyes.
Carry this softness with you.
Let it ripple through your day.
Through your choices.
Through how you speak to yourself.
Your womb remembers how to heal.
You have simply reminded it that it is loved.
Bless being.
